Far prices good service, answered all my questions and helped me figure things out when my phone was about to die and I didn’t have cash.

Good talks with the cab drivers too + bit too long for a wait time.

I have a long time and loyal customer since the started their business but since all the good drives left it has gone completely down hill. I tried to stick out but when non of the "new" taxi drivers can never find my apartment anymore and the last straw was this past Thursday when one of the drivers starts to fight with me because dispatch didn't give my full address and then blaming me for not fully understanding his job or doing his job. I also heard this same driver started fighting with a blind man because said taxi driver had to get out and help guide the man to the car. I think you should do better hiring practices. I have since switched taxi services.

Best and cheapest priced taxi in town, very courteous drivers and clean cars. Great that they also take etransfers, no interac yet but not a deal breaker by any means.

Very rude if u will ask time to pick up don’t know how to talk to customers. Matt he don’t know the customer service meaning. He can spoil your morning

The drivers cannot drive and one driver almost hit me and my kids because he was so impatient!!! When I contacted their number the guy seemed pretty "chill"... Disgusting.
