An excellent experience from start to finish. We received efficient and accurate support from the central office with regard to the quotes and processing, and everything was handled very professionally all the way through to delivery in the United States. Our driver, Chris Hatfield, was outstanding in all respects. Efficient, accurate, and professional with very clear communication all the way through. He was a great source of stress relief for a multi step move that felt very complicated for us. Of all the moves I have undertaken, this was by far the worst. Not only did the company underestimate the cost of the move by 50% (even though the estimator came to the house to view the items to be moved), the movers caused significant damage to some valuable furniture. I submitted a claim and was advised that it would take 30-45 days to resolve the claim. After several calls and 73 days, the company offered me $150.00 (citing prior damage to a custom solid cherry wall unit and ignoring the fact that the cream sofa they dropped was not just muddied, but torn. There was also a damaged dresser and significant damage to the staircase. Talk about adding insult to injury! I am not done...to be continued.

If you ever have to move please please please don’t pick AMJ Campbell. If you know someone who is moving. Tell them. After 3 weeks of wondering where everything we own is… the truck has just arrived. It’s all ruined. Destroyed. Brand new living room set. New bedroom set. Every. Single. Box. Computer. Monitor. Coffee tables. If the box had something breakable… it’s broken. The people who delivered in PEI said in 12 years they had never seen anything packed so badly. Almost all furniture didn’t even have padding/wrapped. Owner in Barrie wanted nothing to do with dealing with it. We have been living in a hotel for 3 weeks. We literally have the same feeling as someone who just had their house burn down.

They let me see the inside of the truck and how it was packed in Ontario. No covers on the furniture. Boxes destroyed. The team here couldn’t even pack it in their truck correctly because of how bad things were destroyed.

Hands down the best moving team.
They were not only careful and considerate with our belongings, but also worked quickly and efficiently. The weather did not cooperate today and even though it poured rain all day, they still kept a smile on their faces and positive attitudes.
I would recommend this team to anyone that is moving in and around the Barrie/innisfil and surrounding area.

Dane and the crew did an excellent job of moving my household belongings into storage while I wait to take possession of my new home.
