I have never been so irate with a delivery company in my life.

Last week, I had a package "out for delivery" Monday that didn't arrive. Tuesday, the tracking history had been altered to show it was never out for delivery. I sent an email and never received a response. It finally arrived Wednesday afternoon.

Then on Friday, I had another package arrive in Edmonton, and low and behold... it was transferred to them. It was "out for delivery".. didn't arrive. Checked the tracking, the attempt was erased from history. Then it stated it was "out for delivery" Sunday, which is odd since they claim they don't deliver on weekends, and by end of day it said "unable to deliver". I imagine not, since you DON'T DELIVER ON WEEKENDS. Tuesday, it was "out for delivery, second attempt". Wednesday, all these attempts were erased once more. Thursday, they finally responded to my 4 emails and said it was just rescanned at sorting facility and they'd reattempt Friday.... yesterday, it said "out for delivery", tracking last updated February 16th which is impossible since yesterday was the 21st. Now I still don't have my package, it was guaranteed by shipper for today, the courier hasn't responded to any more emails, and it's saying estimated delivery Monday.

These people are a bunch of con artists. This is unbelievable. I'm usually quite patient and understanding, but I am so frustrated. How does one lodge a former complaint to get a business shut down, because they have no right to be in operation.

I feel obligated to place this low rating review, because other citizens need to know about this. Perhaps, our next move is, addressing this issue with the better business bureau ⁉️ So far, the drivers, have lost two packages sent to me. In one of them, I lost close to$100.00 in that package. There was no way to reach the sender because it was from overseas ⁉️ The second package, was from Eddie Bauer. The package, showed as delivered, but obviously, they dropped it at a different address for sure? Back in summer, the same thing was about to happen. The driver went to another building, and thank God, I had instructed Eddie Bauer to contact me upon arriving. I got the package. The second incident, happened two weeks ago. The notification said that the package was arriving between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. I didn't go anywhere the whole day waiting for the package. The driver showed up, almost at 9:00 Pm. When I opened the package, it was extremely cold and wet. The bottle with the liquid, had exploded for sure, due to the fact that was left on the trunk of driver's car, turned into icy, and that was it? I have never had issues with Amazon's deliveries. Why can't those drivers from Apple Express, be more responsible, efficient, and competent? At the same time, why Doesn't Apple Express, sets up better standards and expectations from their driver's?

Bought some items from Temu and this courier service was used to deliver the package in Edmonton Alberta, and it was not delivered. I did not received them. They said the delivery driver came to the house and gave it to some ladies at the front of the house. The instructions was to leave it at the backdoor which is to the alley at the back of house. That's where by entrance is to the house. I checked and no one even saw a delivery driver. And the call center rep. is saying to me that he dropped it at the correct address, so I am to apply for refund. But I haven't gotten my package. Now it seems to me as if they are a group of thieves, because all they had to do is get the driver go back and retrieve it from where he left it. Then they would have proven if the driver is a thief. Because it was just a day after. All I must do is go and get a refund form the sender and the thief can continue stealing. Not a properly managed company in the courier business. The next time I am buying online it must be UPS or FedEx. I know there quality of service.

Hands down the worst courier I've dealt with. This company has mishandled a few of my parcels by either delivering to the wrong address, taking over a week to deliver something from the time of the first attempt or simply by using their default option of just returning parcels to sender. Customer care is non-existent. I've never had them reach out when I've contacted them nor do they answer when I've called their listed customer care number. One driver even called at around 3 AM once. Unprofessional at every level.

Never thought I need to write a review to express my outrage.
Extremely dissatisfied with the delivery service of this company. I waited at home all day, yet the courier did not make any attempt to contact me—no calls, no texts. Instead, I received a notification claiming my parcel was undeliverable due to no buzz code.
This is completely unacceptable! I expected a professional service, but it seems that your courier couldn’t be bothered to try and reach me. No recommendation for this company.

When you get out for delivery notification early in the morning most times they waited until late in the night to attempt delivery if my business closed they takes up to week to bring you package. So disappointed in this company you need to bring our packages on the next day prior and don't hold on to our packages that we already waited so long for.

Soo... last week the Apple Delivery guy got out of his small dark car , walked 10 feet up my shoveled driveway and then threw my package at my garage door 20 feet away. I didn't find the package for two days...
Then this past Monday, my kind neighbour comes to my door to bring a package addressed to me that he found LAYING ON THE STREET!!!!
I'm so done with Apple Express. And you can't reach anyone at the company to let them know what the deliverers are doing.
I was able to change all future deliveries for me to come through Canada Post going forward.
I recommend you do the same if you have the option.

One of the worst services ever! The number provided on delivery address is to call and not for the sake of fun! These guys have no clue on what they are supposed to do. They simply arrived at my apartment and took the parcel back to their depot. No call, no text and no notification that they took back the parcel. I had to figure out myself after reaching out to the supplier.
Please use an alternate carrier if you can!
