The property manager, Silvio Valerio goes above and beyond for customer service, which in today's world is something you don't see often. As we are part of a corporate company, he looks after our group like we are family, and always let's us know when we have items shipped to us at his location. If the items are on a skid, he will have the delivery person drop them off in front of the storage unit and send us a message to let us know right away. If we have extra packages and boxes dropped off at the office, he will go that extra mile and help us bring them to the unit (see the picture). Thank you Silvio and team for all you do for us and your customers.

We had a great experience with Apple Storage! The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained — perfect for safely parking our van. A special thanks to Silvio, the property manager, for being so helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything about the facility and made sure we got a good and safe spot for our vehicle. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Super friendly staff and very helpful. Lots of room to park your vehicle inside a gated and secured parking lot. Great prices. Would recommend this place to anyone flying to and from the Thunder bay Airport(5 minute drive). Plus, the Convenient 24 hour access is a bonus.

I went to the storage place without advance reservation with my trailer, Silvio the employee on duty assisted me for parking the trailer and helped me to choose a storage unit. I have no idea which unit to rent for but Silvio suggested me the smaller one and did not up sale at all. He is a super friendly and welcoming guy. Thanks for his help I finished my rental process and moving all my stuff in a hour. Such a great working attitude, I would recommend this storage unit!
