I have used various other storage units in Thunder Bay but this one goes above and beyond your normal customer service. We grabbed it in the winter time and was surprised everything was ploughed out. The doors were shut out. The access was so easy. They also had pallets so that you didn’t have to put your stuff on the cement floor, which is a very nice touch. They are well sealed so that animals dust and other foreign objects don’t get in.
When I say they go above and beyond your normal customer service, I truly mean it. I was working for most of the day sorting through some stuff that was in storage. I hadn’t realized I did not eat or drink. And when I was leaving, I popped into the office to see where the garbage was and I was complaining that I overdid it today so this is what they offered me. They offered to take my garbage out for me. They offered me cold drinks and snacks. This is above and beyond they are so kind.
I was impressed that the facility was clean, well kept and friendly. There are a 10 out it 10!!! Or a 5 Star or whatever your idea of excellence service is.

This storage unit is actually the best~! An employee there by the name of Sylvia went above and beyond for me. I couldn't be there in person when my unit was opened by an ex and he stayed there on call and photographed everything so I could feel comfortable and that all of my belongings were safe and accounted for. I kept my belongings there for a year and would use this service again and recommend it to everyone!
