This business lost 1/2 our shipment in a most crucial time for our business. We called asking to track it down daily for 6 days before someone FINALLY took the initiative to find it and ship it to us. We tried requesting some kind of compensation but the manager ghosted every call/email. They never apologized, compensated, or cared that they caused us so much problems.
After review I had a manager contact me in great concern, and then he too passed the blame and didn't take responsibility or hand us over to someone who would. They took ZERO responsibility, ZERO answers, and they don't care if you're upset.
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this delivery service.

Used them on several occasions ,
Always something damaged ,
No accountability within the company right up to management.
Will absolutely not use these clowns again .
If you want good service run away from these guys . Good luck!

Just got a delivery from a very nice, positive man who was very accommodating. A refreshing change from other delivery companies who seem to hire angry drivers. Nice work, Apps Cargo Terminals. You hired well. He is making you look good.

I have dealt with these guys scheduling loads from our warehouses to the port. They are always responsive and on time. Any changes they gladly accommodate. Would recommend them any day for any trucking needs.
