Unprofessional drivers who are too lazy to park in a parking spot to go in to get something to drink, with dozens of open parking spaces available. Instead they’d rather take up a fuel pump and block drivers who need to fuel and go. Absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t get fuel at all.

I heard they are hiring new people, because old ones are leaving them because of no pay.
They have aimed to make the world record of ignoring people asking for wages. Safety is zero, management is poorest, drivers are stressed because owners are ignorant. Today or tomorrow they are going to shut down for sure. Don’t get mistaken to join them.

Do all your trucks have burnt out headlights/markers and DRLs.... And do your trailers all look like a wave in the ocean Question is how do you feel knowing your trucks and trailers that should be in a salvage yard are representing your company? A flat deck should be flat not a rolling wave.. Hopefully the new safety program will remove the unsafe iron. I wish I could upload a photo

I contacted the company to arrange the hauling of some items. After our initial conversation, I requested their email and subsequently emailed them with my requirements. However, after two days, when someone messaged me, my replies went unanswered. Additionally, some individuals sent casual greetings after four days, and when I attempted to call or requested a call, there was no response. It has been a frustrating experience.

Terrible customer service, and can not follow simple shipping instructions. Their drivers never call to schedule delivery appointments, and when I call their headquarters to make one for them my call gets sent to a dead extension or someone else that is unable to help me. Inevitably, the driver will show up at a random time of the day, without an appointment, and then get upset that they can not get unloaded immediately. This is the worst trucking company we deal with.
