It was our first time using door to door shuttle service to Pearson International Airport and we weren’t sure what to expect. Anis was prompt in answering any questions we had before booking. Communication was excellent. 24 hours before our travel each way, we got a text with information about our driver, make of car and the time he would be arriving. On our return, immediately after landing, we got a text with information on where to proceed in the airport to connect with our driver. The cars were clean and comfortable, the drivers were professional, courteous and on time. The cost was reasonable. AR Shuttle Service provided a carefree, pleasant experience from start to finish and we will definitely be rebooking with them again.
