Les colis envoyé arrivent sur place en retard une fois sur 3 ...les demandes de dédommagement ( claim) pour les produits endommagé n'ont aucun suivi..
Le service des plaintes ne répond jamais...sur 2 ans j'ai dû avoir des problèmes de dégâts ou retard causant des pertes finan imités sur une quinzaine de colis...et le claim ne réponds jamais

First delivery attempt was delayed three days from original date, then sent back due to "failed delivery", even though no one from Armour showed up at my house or contacted me.

I had the shipper send the item again and it was yet again delayed three days from original delivery date. Only reason I got my package is because I called FedEx (which gave Armour the package for final delivery) and hounded them because the package wasn't being delivered.

I would have loved to call Armour directly but FedEx refused to tell me who the courier was and didn't give me any contact information.

Terrible experience. If you have other options, don't choose Armour

We have a very long and steep driveway (in Miramichi) that has gotten icy with the weather in the past couple days. We were so impressed to see the delivery man walk our package up the drive to the back door. Other services have left our packages at the end of the drive which worries us that they might get taken (although I understand how busy they are!!)
As this was an expensive package, we are so grateful that he took the time to bring it all the way up. Thumbs up!!

They have many workers but the most polite one I have come in contact with is Morris , he has a tone about him that says I'm gonna get my job done and done on time but In a polite get the hell out of my way kinda attitude! He still takes time to open a door for an old lady when leaving the mall! I l also ran into a guy named Adam he was out of Nova Scotia who also show great kindness with showing care for a young pregnant women in Antigonish in 2010! Great staff and from what I hear great service for delivery near and far! Great job Amir Staff!

I would especially like to thank Michael Corey (ACS Moncton) and Yvon Allain (ACS Moncton) who came to deliver a refrigerator at home. They worked so hard to get this fridge back home. But the refrigerator did not want to go home. He did not go through the front door. They removed the door, removed the handles from the refrigerator and after much effort, they managed to get the fridge back into the kitchen. They are really professional. Thank you so much for your work! It's very appreciated!
