After the first mover didn't show up on time, I called Armstrong Movers and they arrived within a few hours. Very professional and priced right. I've used them for 4 moving jobs in 6 weeks and they've done a great job. Recommended.

Do not recommend.
1. One of your movers flirted and touched me inappropriately
2. They took smoke breaks and charged for that time, and I am allergic to cigarettes.
3. The trailer was 1/4 full of things not ours and because of this we were not able to fit our apartment in one trip.
4. They used a pickup truck to two the trailer, and did not utilize the bed of the truck for additional items.
5. They were not careful when removing items from our old place and bringing them I to our new, paint scuffs on our items and door frame damage in both units.
6. They showed up at 1:48 pm and at 4:30 pm they asked for payment for SIX hours until I made them realize that it had only been three. They charged me for 4.5 and we only used for 4 hours. As well as stopping until they received payment via e-transfer.
7. I was quoted for 95 and hour plus tax, and they claimed to have given me a discount of $491 toal for the time because of stairs and travel time from your office. I was told I would be charged from the time they arrived till the left the new place.

I was recently a victim of assault and I felt so violated when your associate decided it was appropriate to touch me the way he did I froze and didn't know how to handle the situation accept laugh nervously.

Thanks for the broken items, damage and therapy I will need after this experience.

Then, to top it off after I posted this review, I was called and accused of lying and told to take the review down, it was the man who acted unprofessional, continuing the unprofessionalism, when I hung up on him, he called back trying to speak to me.

Added after original post;
I sent a request through their website asking for someone NOT the man I dealt with to speak to me. Why would anyone want to speak with the person who made them feel uncomfortable?

Do I need to watch out for a stalker now?

By the way, I have a witness to the inappropriate behaviour.
