I hate to leave poor reviews but after getting the go around with 0 accountability I have no other choice now. Their delivery team broke my storm door during an appliance delivery. They removed both exterior doors without my consent, re-installed incorrectly and the door completely fell off a couple of days later after 0 use! The company refuses to pay for or fix the door. Photo attached of completely bent hinges after the storm door completely broke off. Gave me three different excuses which all don’t line up with the true sequence of events… including that they didn’t even remove the door (which they did)! I now do not have a rear storm door because of them. Will not use this company again in the future and do not recommend them to anyone. Highly disappointed.

Nathan, Ryan, and Tristen did a great job delivering my packages. They were fast and courteous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

I received a second delivery from this company, and this time was quite disappointed. Not only was the product damaged in 2 places, but my neighbour witnessed them drop the entire washing machine straight onto the ground. When he tried to call to let the company know, no one even bothered to answer the phone.

Best movers in Thunder bay! Nathan, Ryan, and Tristen have delivered appliances to me twice now and both times they went above and beyond! They make sure everything is perfect and there are no issues at all. They even installed the appliances! I couldn't have asked for better people! Would definitely use this company again!!!

Made an order through Home Depot for some building supplies. Ben called me about half hour before arriving to let me know he was on his way. Polite, professional, and very quick service. He was able to drop all of my stuff just feet away from my door. Will be using Armstrong again in the future!

This company is garbage. My mom purchased a fridge from Home Depot early November and this company claims they called and attempted a delivery on November 18. No phone call or voicemail or appt was scheduled. The fridge has been sitting in their warehouse from November 18 until today, December 14th and no one has reached out during this time to “re-deliver” the fridge. The only reason I found out about this was I called Home Depot today as we were told December 15 as a delivery date. My mom has been without a fridge for over a month, and it’s Christmas time. It seems to me from other reviews Armstrong has been doing this with other customers. Home Depot should never be using this company for their deliveries. This has been escalated higher up.

Update! They bring a damaged fridge today! How convenient! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Fantastic delivery service! Ben was very nice, professional and made sure I was happy with everything before he left! This is not my first experience with Armstrong, I have always been happy with their service and I have referred friends.

Useless. I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot October 5, 2023. The scheduled delivery was October 19, 2023. When I had not heard anything October 18, 2023, Home Depot instructed me to call Armstrong. I have called 5 times and left 3 messages and 5 days I still have no idea where my dishwasher is.

They can't be bothered to answer a phone or return a call and they just don't care. Do NOT order anything from Home Depot in Thunder Bay or you will be left in the lurch by Armstrong's incompetence.

Update: Added 2-stars. Armstrong contacted and indicated they had not received my first 2 messages. They delivered the dishwasher and hauled away the old one, even removing the packaging. The alert they would be there in 10 minutes came after they had left. The delivery ended up 1 week late, but that was not on Armstrong, it got to them late.

Was forced to move on very short notice and was lucky enough that they were available. Given I had just finished an overnight shift, I was super tired but they took charge, packed all my stuff, and then packed it neatly in my storage unit. It was amazing. They were also hilarious on top of being good at their job. Thank you Taylor, Nick and Ryan. You made my day.
