Since I work 3rd shift an earlier option for the delivery would have been nice but I’m sure there just wasn’t one. I still received my replacement in the same day and on time. The representative they sent to me was knowledgeable and as cool as a fan. She had me all set up and good to go before she left. Great experience! I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The company itself is a good company. My phone is 2 years old and I pay almost $20 a month for my insurance and my deductible was $99. I get that on the prices have increased but I feel like the deductible was extremely high.

Everyone from the phone call to begin the claim until the end of phone activation, everyone was superbly professional, helpful and kind. My activation pro was so cool even the tech support person compliment him on how nice it was to work with him. Excellent all around.

Technician was not knowledgeable about the application of my device. When I asked, why am I receiving a different style device from the one I purchased he cannot answer. I am still trying to upload my information and retrieve apps things that I thought he would be able to do for me, I’m highly disappointed and upset with the service I received. Also, the treatment in my home was despicable. I think he needs to be retrained and talk proper etiquette. I hope I never have to use this service again.

The delivery person did not contact me and came late the first try. I tried to contact them with the link that was sent in my email but there was no use in that at all. The phone number and text number did not get sent to the delivery person. I tried to tell the 2nd delivery person that I was 1 minute away because I was stuck in traffic but again, the email link didn’t work. It takes forever to get someone on the phone and schedule some help. Now I have to do it all on my own. Horrible communication. I did get my new phone tho.
