Sharing the condition of how Tiffany left my families rental property after moving out. It was disgustingly dirty and smelled of cigarettes and vomit. There was dog hair everywhere and tons of food and I unsorted garbage left outside which my family had to sort and animals got into it.

Upon inspection there were lots of damages and they even left an old car without a license plate in our driveway with copious amounts of garbage. They not only left the house a mess but they broke furniture, broke our dryer, scratched the walls with knives, smoked in the house and had a dog, kicked a hole in the wall, carved into our wooden beds with a knife, broke windows and stopped responding. They changed the locks to the property without permission and installed a deadbolt which we discovered upon their departure and took the keys with them.

My family and the tenants agreed on a time to complete the move out inspection but on the day of the tenant asked for an additional 30 minutes, after 30 minutes we arrived and she was gone leaving the doors wide open, kids bikes, old car and tons of damages. She left a mat in the house covered with animal feces rolled up in a corner and many other small and large damages. Upon moving out she has ignored all of our calls and texts about the damages.

I am posting this as my poor family not only spent hours sorting their garbage but are continuing to deal with all of the damages they have left which are far more than their damage deposit of 900$ They not only damaged the house but damaged antique and heirloom furniture.

One star karma - she rented a friend’s family home and absolutely trashed it. Human excrement, animal feces, holes, appliances and furniture broken beyond repair, left garbage and an UNPLATED VEHICLE in the driveway. Nightmare tenants for a community minded family that did not deserve this.

Absolutely horrible service…do not recommend at all. Very sloppy service ran by Tiffany who is a drunk. I called a cab earlier this week and when she showed up 3 hours late and a complete mess I had already missed my appointment. DO NOT use this taxi service as it is completely unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating I would give it a -9/10. HORRIBLE service. Bad ownership. Irresponsible drivers and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE ATM TAXI

CHARGES FEES FOR SERVICE DOGS .
Responding to their inaccurate reply. My original review is bellow.

"..not what was said" the exact words were that I "...should just go elsewhere and then she hung up on me." That was in response to me telling her that charging me pet fees for the service dog is illegal, which it is. Even if a company charges pet fees for cleaning, those fees cannot be applied to service dogs. A service dog is legally considered a medical device and you can't charge a person for bringing that medical device with them. He is not a pet and cannot be charged pet fees when he is working. That is federal law, not my opinion. Many businesses may not understand what the law says but most check into it before they double down on saying something stupid to offer up self-admission to the claim. Going the extra mile to prove my point for me

Charging fees for service dogs is illegal. Federal laws for service dogs state you cannot charge "pet" fees for service dogs. The woman refused to listen and told me to go elsewhere. That's illegal. Had she listened before telling me to go elsewhere she would have heard me say that id pay the fee and straighten it out later. GO ANYWHERE ELSE

Fair price, my driver (i think Courtney?) was friendly, sociable, arrived on time, actually a couple minutes early, would recommend the taxi service, especially Courtney lol

I booked a cab I was told I needed to e-transfer or pay before it had come, I told the lady I'm not going no weres I need the cab I called with enough time for them to make it to me and get to were I was going on time a hour ahead. No one showed up I got no phone call to tell me some one was not coming the excuse was they dident have my number. Very unprofessional if they had felt they wouldn't make it in time my number should have been written down. There for I dident make it to were I needed to go messed the whole day up for me. Do not recommend this cab company as they are very unreliable. Glad I did not pay before hand and if your asked to not a good idea.
