Auto Carrier Corp – Dishonest and Untrustworthy!

I had a terrible experience with Auto Carrier Corp. They damaged my vehicle during transportation and, instead of being upfront about it, tried to cover it up with a poor-quality repair job. When I confronted them, they admitted fault and agreed to pay for my car to be fixed properly. However, when the time came to cover the repair costs, they completely disappeared—ignoring my calls and refusing to respond.

This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Their customer service is nonexistent when it comes to owning up to their mistakes. If you value your vehicle and don’t want to deal with shady business practices, AVOID Auto Carrier Corp at all costs!

I recently engaged Auto Carrier Corp for the transportation of my vehicle, and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Two major issues have left me dissatisfied and concerned:

1. Violent Driving: On December 30, 2023, at 7:37 AM, my car was received at BMW Langley in Vancouver. Instead of opting for conventional transport methods like using a transport trailer, your team chose to drive my car. While I can understand this decision, the observed violent driving behavior during transportation is unacceptable. The provided BMW APP driving records clearly highlight a significant difference in driving styles. Despite Auto Carrier Corp covering a shorter distance and spending less time, the evidence strongly indicates violent driving, as the average vehicle speed is faster and the average fuel consumption is higher. Basic knowledge indicates that normal high-speed driving is more fuel-efficient than driving in traffic jams.
Note: This is my car. I am well aware of how I typically drive. Your driving records show average fuel consumption and average speed that even surpass my own driving habits.

2. Dirty Interior: Despite acknowledging a delivery delay of HALF A MONTH, the interior of my vehicle was delivered in an exceptionally dirty condition. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall service quality.

I have personally reviewed my driving records to discern any occurrence of violent driving by Auto Carrier Corp during the transportation process. I urge your team to responsibly address this matter, as the evidence is undeniable.

This experience has been deeply unsatisfactory, and I expect a prompt and comprehensive solution to rectify these issues. I hope that Auto Carrier Corp takes this feedback seriously to improve its service standards.

My experience with this company has been nothing short of a disappointment. The communication is terrible and they are not accurate at all on their timelines.

My vehicle was supposed to be delivered to me last Friday (January 31st). Zero communication that they did not pick up the car for transport. Upon reaching out, I finally got word that apparently due to weather it wasn’t picked up, that would have been nice information to have.

I was then told it would be picked up Monday. They went to the wrong location to pick the car up and then informed me that they wouldn’t try again until the next day.

They finally picked the car up Tuesday. Now after reaching out yet again to get an eta, they are telling me that it won’t come until Saturday, “weather depending”.

It’s been quite honestly a pathetic experience and I can’t recommend this company. I’m starting to doubt its arrival at this point, nevermind the condition that it will arrive in with this lack of customer care.

I recently got ACC to ship my 1973 mustang from Ontario to Calgary. I must say I'm really impressed with professionalism of the crew that got my car. Super friendly guys, great prices, zero hassles and prompt delivery.

I would highly suggest this company for your vehicle transportation needs. I searched around for a while getting rude responses and ridiculous quotes to get the vintage mustang out here. But one call to ACC and it is was booked ready to go.

If you consider using this company which would be a great choice, ask for Stefan. He dealt with all the details and made my dream a reality

Great company to deal with. Used them 3 times to ship a vehicle from Calgary to Toronto and back to Calgary. Nick was awesome. Notified me instantly once vehicle was loaded and sent updates where it was and when it would arrive. Quoted 7-10 days, but always arrived within the week. Highly recommend using their services!!

Nick is an excellent person to deal with. ACC offers fair pricing and Nick facilitated a smooth transport of a vehicle of mine from Calgary to Montreal. The car was delivered in a timely manner. A note for those who are considering ACC's services, I believe they only offer open transport, and that is how my car was delivered.

I shipped my car from Toronto, ON to Calgary, AB and overall had a great experience with Auto Carrier Corp. After having a very difficult experience with a different car shipping company during the spring of 2023 I was hesitant to trust another company but Nick at ACC was excellent from the get go. He answered my many questions and when I inquired about a delay in departure (discovered through AirTag in my car), he apologized, explained the situation and provided an updated departure date. However, despite the delay, the car still arrived when Nick originally said it would. Smooth drop off and pick up and clear communication throughout the entire process. I got Nick's information from two friends who also used ACC and had nothing but good things to say.

One star is too much, absolutely recked my “97” Jaguar, that was just had Manitoba safety, hud opened in transport, bent frame, busted lights, they said “was like that when picked up “ was horrible at communicating, I actually gave up on this disaster, but at least I can save some one else, 1st pick is before, the rest delivered
