I enjoyed using them. It took 2 weeks to get my car from Toronto to Calgary. I expected it earlier though but 2 weeks is not out of place. All through the process they were reachable and reassuring. Yes I will use them again.

I used Automoves to move from Ontario to Calgary. Clayton was amazing to deal with. He was very responsive. Andres was great to deal with. Lynette was on top of everything and responds immediately. She is great and knowledgeable. Kevin delivered the car to me. He called me and kept me updated. Everyone was great to deal with and very friendly.
They made the process very east and stress free. If you email they respond right away.

I would highly recommend using them for anything. I've used other shipping companies and they are by far the best. They are the most communitive company I've ever used. The customer service is the best. I was very satisfied and am glad I chose them.

In the Wild West of shady, unreliable shippers Automoves is a shining star! They moved my Porsche by truck from Toronto to Calgary in no time flat for marginally more than shipping it by train. A rare mix of great pricing and reliable service.. Can't recommend them enough!

Delivery was detained on a 6 days. Contacting them was very hard. First they delayed delivery , that the guy forgot the keys from my car and was delayed on 3 days, then it was delays just for unknowing resins. Every time I had to remind them where my car was. I either received a response that the delivery was delayed at the end of the day, or the next day. Only when I reached company manager they was answering me. As a result, the delivery was delayed, there is no apology, somehow they did not offer to make amends. do not recommend this company.

Service was great. Picked up and dropped off the car in great condition and in a decent time frame. They need to improve their modes of contact though. I couldn’t get a hold of any of their office, and their 1-877 number always leads to a voicemail. I’m not sure they even check the voicemail, as I didn’t get a response on mine. The section for contacting them on their website also never works and just always gives an error. That was the most frustrating part of the process. The tracking feature on their website also does not work, unfortunately.

the worst shipping company I have ever used in the car business and I have been at it 3 decades stay away they never answer their phones, voice mails, texts or e mails I was ready to report a vehicle stolen it was that bad .
