Wouldn't sell me alcohol with a valid ID present and no intoxication. Lady was rude and turned me away because I got out of a car with a friend who forgot their ID so I was labeled as underage and turned away despite showing valid ID

I was in the store to mail a parcel and return wine bottles and have to admit that the two girls working there are quite rude. I think their face would crack if they smiled. When I came in they were discussing that some situation was not part of their job description. If they are not happy working there they should consider getting another job not working with the public. It is not the first time I have heard complaints about the staff here. Management should do something about it.

Not gonna sugar coat it, the a**hole working cash yesterday evening is really an ignorant son of a biatch. He needs to remember that its not everyone else’s fault that he hates his job. His attitude is intolerable, therefore I will take the extra trip to fourth avenue for my essentials. I know you won’t care, but you should try doing a background check cause I don’t think that guy from sketch ville would pass

I was at this location yesterday and was surprised to find out you could buy alcohol. They are an agent for the LCBO and offer better hours than the liquor store. However, they have a much smaller selection.

Normaly a great place. But today i stood there at coffe area whille other cashier helped 10 ppl that came in after me. Girls here are normaly good but this expressionless individual i rude and should not be here.

My 5 year old desperately needed to go to the bathroom. The woman working was extremely rude and would not allow us to use the bathroom, instead she sent us to the porta potty behind the local. Despicable

The beer and liquor part is closed these holidays, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day and New Year's day.
