so far my experience with this company has been and continues to a nightmare!!! my package (,which I paid extra for rush service) is supposedly in Toronto but when I call them the machine simply cuts out and hangs up 5 times now

I needed something very important sent out this morning and Stef was amazing at facilitating me. She was kind, professional and helped get my package to where it needed to be so quickly. The price was awesome and lower than most I had quotes from. I will most definitely be using A-Way again in the future when needed. As a small but growing business I need a local courier who can work and respond as my company must and does. My experience with A-Way was everything I needed and more. Each person I spoke to was professional and courteous. But the courier person really blew me away: he not only got the pkg to its destination on time and without squishing it (its fragile) but he is an impressive spokesman and person. All at a very competitive price.

I highly recommend A-Way Express. I didn't have to worry about special packaging for the two gifts I wanted delivered, and they even did an at-home pickup. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly and courteous. I will definitely use A-Way again.
