Harassed my wife about our completely accessable front stairs
Refused to remove table legs to allow delivery, even after we were explicitly informed that wouldn't be a problem.
Refused to complete delivery.
And then took our table back to the warehouse and refused further service.

Absolutely horrendous service
Halifax would be improved as a city if this "business" stopped operating.

Very rude and unprofessional. Got a couch through structube, we were supposed to get 24 hours notice but we got a text saying they would be there in 10 minutes and that was the only notice given. They said “it is what it is.” We were not home at the time. When delivered they left it on the sidewalk.

I’ve never had a worse experience with a delivery company. Twice they said my road was too snow filled to navigate through, even though other trucking companies use it regularly and it is plowed like any other road. In order to get my couch, which was so delayed to begin with, I had to have the company drop off my sectional on the side of the road and have helpful neighbours come bring it to my house in their truck. It was a horrible experience and the people doing the delivery were rude and unhelpful. If I had a choice, I would go with another company. Unfortunately I didn’t have a choice.

Baltic delivered a couch we had ordered from Structube. The movers were very professional and took good care when bringing the massive boxes in. It honestly looked like one wasn't going to fit through our door but they figured it out somehow. The man I talked to on the phone for updates on the delivery timing was very nice as well and went out of his way to check up on my order.
