The drivers are amazing. The ladies in the office are another story. Brenda, the manager at Bancroft BCT, is extremely ignorant to their clients. People that use to service to go to the Methadone clinic get treated like dirt. People like this should NOT be working with public. Every person I know, even the drivers, have nothing good to say about them. How about having people that actually want to work with public, working in there? Would make sense.

Drivers are Great. Office not so much, very disorganized and unsympathetic of the importance of needed appointment which they have canceled the ride on you for . You may book your ride but there is no guarantee you will get it even if you book months in advance. Very disappointed at this time. Thanks BCT Tanya Smith

The staff at the office Isobell and Brenda are very friendly and all the drivers work hard to pick you up for appointments on time and are fantastic as well.. Much appreciated!
