I would never use this registry again after multiple shockingly disappointing interactions with the owner. Asked for my address to be changed on my licence in June and was told it wasn’t possible. When I got my license in the mail I went back to inquire, I explained the situation to a different employee who apologized for the inconvenience. She was helpful, quick & reassured me that we’d find a solution. I was asked to come back the following week to speak with the owner, which I did. After rudely addressing me, she was eager to update my address/license for another NINETY dollar fee which I had paid only a month earlier. I don’t understand why I’ve had so much difficulty at this registry. I’ll be driving to Canmore registry from now on; they’re kind and I won’t be refused routine services.

The staff are really nice. Every process is smooth if you have all the documents right. Check their website or the photo I posted which is from the registry to prepare all the documents before you go. ☺️

Disconnect the phone line if you aren’t going to answer the phone. 30+ calls in the last 6 months and they’ve answered maybe twice

If you need to do a knowledge test, avoid this location. They allow dogs to get in, then they let the dogs play and run inside the office, and you have to try to concentrate, which is impossible. The people who work there have no manners, and they think they should run the place like a Pet Hotel. Don’t get me wrong. I am dog owner and a pet lover, but how to you score well in a test with such a chaotic environment?

Been there to get my license been dealing with them for years always great service
Reya took care of me very helpful nice and polite
Was nice to see the little dog play with it for a few minutes was relaxing
I got a dog a I find that the the little guy is there
That's better than canadian tire canmore where they sell stuff for dogs and not allowed to bring your dog

In past half a year we visited the office to restart my Alberta healthcare and add my girlfriend and our baby. Each visit took Moore than an hour waiting in line. After I called Alberta health insurance line I learned that not even one application to them. This office has become pretty useless. Nobody even reached our if there was any issues with anything. Go to Calgary if you can.

I have to comment on the great service we received for getting our Marriage License. We are from BC and recently got married in Banff. Sarah was great in making sure we had all of our documents prepared beforehand so when we arrived it was an easy process. She was also great with keeping us up to date and keeping us in mind for getting our license on time. Thank you Sarah!
