Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Call & Request to Book for Wedding

Hi there,

I called this evening to book a limo for my wedding day, and unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with the person who answered the phone. He was extremely rude and went on a rant about cars breaking down, not showing up, bookings being canceled the same day, and even mentioned canceling my booking if someone else came along and paid more for that day. It was confusing, upsetting, and honestly very unprofessional.

All I wanted was to book a limo for a very special day. I guess I lucked out by not booking here.

I needed a limo service for my wife's birthday and I chose Barrie executive limousine . I did not regret a second, their service was just amazing . Bill (the owner) professionally arranged everything for us with a short notice and his price was reasonable. This was a surprise for my wife and kids and these guys did everything to make this day special. The driver John was very polite and accommodating. He offered us a great route to see some Collingwood and Blue Mountains sights. My wife was very happy and we all know: a Happy Wife-a Happy Life!!! I highly recommend this limo company for all your special occasions.

Used them last week for airport transportation. Process was very simple, ride was incredibly comfortable and they were very reliable. I called to order a limo on the day of my daughter's prom (May 15, 2018). The service was excellent. The car was gorgeous. We couldn't be happier and she was so surprised. It was the cherry on top for her special day!

We used them for our wedding - pre booked and paid in full - we did not get the car we requested and weren’t notified about the change. The roof leaked AC water all over the bridesmaids… top it off with the driver raising his voice to try and make me exit the vehicle almost 20 minutes before our time was up, with my guests walking by. I did not exit - we pre paid for those 2 hours - they need to not over book themselves and take some courses in customer service….. never again.

We rented a limo for our wedding on May 27th the drives were super quick,5-10 minutes and yet cost us over $1000. We were promised the wedding package however did not recieve everything that was stated in the email such as red carpet and especially the champagne, all it included was bottled water and mints. They were also very hard to book with, it initially took multiple emails and phone calls to finally get anywhere. The driver was nice but didn’t seem to realize we would be at the church for a while despite going over the timeline via email. Two stars only because the driver was nice and the limo was atleast clean

If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
Bill contacted myself and my mom two days ago which is 2 weeks to my wedding and cancelled our limo service. They had “no available chauffeurs”, this is something that should be DOUBLE CHECKED when you confirm you are able to provide a service for someone’s wedding. I would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be disappointed.
