They hire drivers who run stop signs and almost Tbone you through an intersection. Then you call in with the taxi number.... they know exactly which female driver it is because im assuming she's had other calls/complaints against her. But for whatever they think she's fine to continue driving......anyways review over becareful getting into cab #2163

I liked their service, specially the driver was very calm and kind to me. Honestly, i used their services from last 3 months, at first it was not that good, they were late sometimes but nowadays they improved a lot and i recommend to take their services.

I called days in advance to reserve a taxi to get to an early morning airport shuttle. When my taxi didn’t arrive at the scheduled time. I called and was told that they were too busy to pick me up and said they could have someone there in 10-12 minutes, which would cause me to miss my shuttle. Please don’t take reservations if you aren’t able to keep them.

Absolutely appalling ride. I took a taxi from my house to RVH and my driver decided to start the meter before entering the taxi, then tore down the road. When we got into a little bit of traffic, he drove on the wrong side of the road to get into a parking lot. When he discovered the parking lot was under construction, decided to cut off on coming traffic and almost crashed into two different cars. $30 ride was not worth my driver taking liberty with my son and my life. Absolutely disgusted!!!

Absolutely terrible service. The driver was extremely late, rude, and unprofessional. I tried calling dispatch multiple times and got no helpful response. If you’re looking for reliability, Barrie Taxi is not it. Completely disappointing experience—I’ll be using other options from now on.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. Operator was rude, and unprofessional. Waited 40 minutes in -20 with my service dog for a can only to be told I wasn't as high on the priority, after the 40 min wait.

Was late for a very important meeting, despite having called with 1/2 an hour before I had to be there.

Instead I was an hour late because of this company.

Rude, unprofessional, and clearly not enough vehicles, namely larger ones. Honestly you'd be better off walking. At least you'd actually get to your destination.
