整个行程两个小时，提前一个小时到。组织管理得井井有条，任何环节都有人员引导，check in的工作人员热情细心。渡轮环境舒适，服务完善，多种座位充足，船尾露台还有鲸鱼化石讲解。

Friendly staff. They are quite punctual. We rode a motorcycle and they provided straps to hold your bike in place. The food is fairly good. E the coffee bar was good as well. There is also airline style seating in a theater type area with a movie provided to watch.

An outdated ship that could use a little bit of a refurb and paint job, having said that, all facilities were clean and working, comfy seating around the ship with video lounge and quiet areas along with outdoor seating / standing areas, there was a lot to choose from. All staff both at the port and on the ship were very friendly and helpful with any queries. Food and drink were very well priced too with brilliant portions, definitely no complaints and we had a good laugh with the ladies serving.

We took the ferry across the Bay. Checking in and boarding was efficient. The ferry ride was smooth and typical.

If you are booking a fair, call in or go in person the day before to book your spot.

Website sucks for booking online!

Also grease you per person, fuel surcharge. Not worth it unless you want the experience.

Faciliteiten zijn behoorlijk aan vernieuwing toe. Toiletten aan boord waren niet al te fors meer. Zo ook het personeel. Kleine rij voor de koffie maar er toch een half uur over doen om twee cappuccino’s te maken.
