On June 15, the Urgent Care Center called the ambulance for me. I was taken care of two lovely ladies- Francis and Catherine. They were not only very professional, they were also extremely warm and caring. They explained everything that was going on in a very non worrisome way. I felt very safe . They couldn’t have looked after their own mother any better! Thank you,

I thought I was out of luck the night I had a concussion as the fires burned however the angels in the ambulance did show up for me and were so kind and professional. They went over and above the call of duty to help me and make sure I was set up at Emerg. I am grateful for them.
