I liked having the ability to track number of stops before me to narrow down the delivery window. Delivery guys were courteous and friendly.

Only problem is one box is missing the strap at the end. Unable to inspect if parts are damaged.

The delivery boys has to bring 4 home theatre chairs to basement, first one they brought good, second one they are sliding from stairs, I stopped them after 3 steps slide, asked them to bring like first chair, they did it, remaining 2 chairs they divided the chair back rest part separately and installed.
I am okay with their service, now I look at the same sliding chair after they left, I can see some white marks (non removable), I am contacting the seller about this with proof of pictures.

(Bathroom vanity purchased) Harjash and harsh delivery was on time (only positive). The box has damage but product hasn’t been inspected. The product was transported with the areas showing “this way up” pointing down and rolled it out of the truck. UPDATE: The cupboard door was cracked where there was a big hole in the box from delivery. The crew wouldn’t leave my house until I left a review for the company. That’s the reason I’m guessing for the higher level of stars they have and amount of reviews making people feel uncomfortable forcing customers to leave higher reviews infront of them. Should be zero stars

Everything was great. Chairs look wonderful. My only comment would be a little more white glove would have been appropriate other than that friendly and respectful.

Absolutely Terrible! Canceled last min on the first day. Rescheduled for another day in the morning and they did show up until 7:30pm! Refused to take packaging until I called Costco and complained. Damaged driveway and left trash on driveway.
