Super fast and I appreciate that they remember frequent customers. The dispatcher is always kind to me, straight to the point, and efficient. She even calls me friend and I "hun" when we call. I can only assume anyone having a bad experience has been rude to begin with.

The dispatcher was Mean,short,rude and doesn't care about customers she insults every person that calls.Then I called back the next day they refused to direct me to management and just kept hanging up on me. black listed me for no reason wont tell me why. If you read all the complaints they're all the same dispatcher is rude and they blacklist everyone for ordering right before they close (well they're still open)
Or people don't tip enough..
Which is also a joke pay your people a livable wage.
Apparently they get to choose who their clients are.

So I called 30 min before they close now I'm black listed.

This company is a joke.
I will take my hard earned money else where.

The dispatch was rude and didn't get my order right -10.
Then the driver was rude when I corrected him on my order, then the dispatcher called me to tell I was wrong when I know what I ordered.
Just a complete break down of "I don't give a shit anymore"

Lady on the phone is very rude, interrupts you and is very impatient. Talks over you and has a horrible attitude. One of the Worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Said they didn’t have the drinks I was trying to order, hung up on me and then called me back saying they did have them, even tho I knew they weren’t out of stock because I had checked online before hand. Also told me to call them myself even tho I had checked. The delivery guy was very nice and delivered in a timely fashion. Will only be order on here as a last resort.

My husband called to see if they took empties (because sometimes beer delivery places can) but the female on the phone was extremely rude and had no patience and offered no guidance and only wanted to punish any worker that would assist customers with empties. If this is her everyday mood it might be preferable for the business to keep her off the phone.
