One of the Best Mechanics We’ve Ever Had!

We recently moved to Sackville from Ontario and were quite nervous about finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic like we had back home. Fortunately, we discovered Sackville Service Station (SSS) — and we couldn’t be more impressed!

We had an emergency with our son’s car, which he needed to return to college in Fredericton. It broke down on a Friday, and we were told it might not be ready until Monday or Tuesday due to the number of jobs ahead of us — which was completely understandable. However, after explaining our situation, the owner went above and beyond. He even spoke with some customers ahead of us in line, and to our surprise, the car was repaired and ready the very next day! Truly outstanding service.

The team at SSS is honest, fair, and reasonably priced. They don’t upsell or add unnecessary repairs — they only do what’s needed and get your approval before any additional work. We highly recommend Sackville Service Station for all your automotive needs. This is a business that truly cares about its customers!

I had an oil change elsewhere and a part was changed incorrectly. I was in Sackville the next day and my low oil light came on just before getting there. When I parked there was oil all over the ground. Mind you, I live 2.5 hours away and the company asked me to tow my vehicle to get it fixed. I couldn't do that. I called and (I can't remember his name) picked up and said come on over. He took me right in and without looking knew what the problem was. He topped me up with oil and gave me some advice. You can really tell he loves what he does and has a passion for cars and people. Will highly recommend!

Stopped in without an appointment after my warning light came on for high coolant temperature. A lovely mechanic (I think the owner) came out to check my coolant level and topped it up at no charge. He advised on what the issue could be as it appeared to have been leaking, we chatted for a few minutes, and I was back on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thank you for putting my mind at ease while I travel today!

In addition to that, my trunk was not closing, and they were able to fix it promptly. Extremely friendly staff and left me feeling very pleased with the service I received. I had to stop on a trip due to a heat shield issue. The gentlemen there took my car right in and had it fixed within 10 mins! Great service at no charge. I would definitrly recommend this place. I wish they were closer to where I live!!
