5 star customer service from Manager Dale and associate Cheeku. I went in for a Ipad not sure exactly what I needed, model wise, and they walked me through the best options. Cheeku took the tome to make sure I was getting the best deal with a provider as well. They both made the purchase fun.

I gave PG Best Buy today 5 stars, the manager and myself were at an impass re return policy, after explaining and discussing we were able to resolve and I had a better understanding of the policies. That turned into another small purchase and saved me as a customer

I recently visited Best Buy to return an item, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The attendant who handled my return exhibited unprofessional behavior. He made inappropriate comments that were entirely unacceptable and displayed a demeanor that felt disrespectful and unsettling. His unprofessional conduct, including unnecessary and uncomfortable staring, created a very unpleasant experience for me as a customer.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I trust Best Buy will address this matter and ensure that future customer interactions meet the company’s high standards of service.

This place needs to learn the meaning of consent. Tried to buy a replacement charger for a laptop they just sold me and they didnt have any in stock which is sad enough as it is. They offered to order one to which i replied yes please stock your store. They took a bunch of my info which i thought was to notify me when they restock and then she expects me to pull out my credit card right there and then and pay in advance... like no i came to a STORE i do not need you to make an online purchase if i wanted that id just do it myself. I want a product in my HAND before I give you MONEY. I said this multiple times but all she cared about was getting that sweet commission. 0 respect for the words coming out of my mouth. I said multiple times i would be looking locally before commiting to an online order to which she said "oh just bring your recipt back in if you find it somewhere else. THIS WAS A LAPTOP I BOUGHT AT YOUR STORE AND YOU DONT HAVE IT WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY IN ADVANCE TO STOCK YOUR OWN STORE I SAID NO TO PAYING UP FRONT LEARN ABOUT WHAT CONSENT IS!!!!! I HAVE AMAZON AND ONLINE STORE ACCESS AT HOME I DONT NEED A PUSHY MIDDLEMAN IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!

Very impressed with the service we received on Black Friday. We visited the store twice while deciding on a new phone and plan and worked with Umang and Cheeku, who were incredibly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the plan options in detail and helped us discover that my previous plan was significantly overpriced. Their recommendations saved us a lot of money in the long run.

They showed great patience and excellent customer service skills, making sure we felt confident and informed throughout the process. Their ability to analyze our needs and offer clear solutions was impressive and speaks volumes about their dedication to helping customers. It was a pleasure working with them, and I’m sure they’re a huge asset to the Best Buy team!

Wanna give a shoutout to Himanshu for going above and beyond at Best Buy in Pg today on Black Friday. The store was packed and you’d expect the staff to be exhausted and cranky but instead it’s the opposite. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Himanshu stood out to me because when I went to buy a drink from the front while waiting to set up my phone, I mentioned how thirsty I was and Himanshu at the til offered to get me water, as well. It’s not often you feel cared about by customer service staff these days! That’s why I felt compelled to write this review first my experience with him and Best Buy today.

What happened to black Friday. Went to best buy in Prince George and the deals were HORRIBLE. 4 of the christmas gifts I went in for were not even on sale. Drove all the way to town just to be disappointed. Best buy should re name to Best Corporate Greed

If you want good reviews with customer service. Man the tills when customers are ready to pay for their merchandise. Talk with one another while people wait is not cool. You got 2 stars instead of 1 because the fellow with the tattoos was helpful.
