The movers refused to move everything into my new home after I paid for an additional four hours at $135 per hour.

It took them 45 minutes to arrive at my new home. The journey only takes about 15mins. To keep this in perspective, I left my house 30mins after their truck departed and managed to get there before them.

Then the movers left my deep freezer and some other items that should have been taken upstairs outside my front door because “their time was up”.

And by the way, they didn’t move the tires and bicycles I have in my garrage even though there was clearly some extra space in the truck but insisted that I pay some extra fees so they could go bring them back.

When I declined to pay, they called me outside my house and in front of my new neighbours began to insult me.

I am beyond appalled with the service. I paid $1,280 to be treated this way.

I sent an email to their office to complain about this, and have received no response.

This is my second time using a moving service. My first experience was horrible, I was therefore hesitant the second time around. After seeing the positive reviews, I chose Best Oshawa Movers; I was not disappointed. They were prompt in responding to my questions and providing a quote, both Oleg and Vlad were very prompt, professional and worked within the timeframe I requested. My moving experience was so much better! Furthermore, pricing is on point, no tricks!

Used them to mover a large number of boxes. It was like dealing with the 3 stooges. Right down to them, locking themselves out of the truck. A 2 to 3 hour move became 6 hours.
