Received a response from a representative at the Better Business Bureau office letting me know that my complaint was closed because the business answered. Yes they answered but no willingness to work with the very dangerous situation they've put us in with their non-transparency and dishonesty. First Class Auto sales had no willingness to work with the very bad situation that they put us in. But make no mistake any mishaps or unfortunate incidents that happened involving the specific problem with this car that they knew about and didn't disclose First Class Auto sales will be in a courtroom with my insurance company and anyone else that this affects. The whole Better Business Bureau thing is just a drawn out drama and a waste of time. First Class Auto sales will be in a courtroom anything involving this vehicle or any innocent lives that are affected.

My wife of 36 years and mother of 10 of our beautiful children suddenly dies and wasn't comforted or given proper care prior to this happening at St. Thomas Hospital.

I warned the hospital that I would write this review and they didn't seem to care.

I just want to know why I had to sit there for 12 hours from 6 pm til 6am, almost alone, watching this wonderful lady flail around in agony, having to change diapers myself and bedding and watch her gouge her eye out. The hospital nurse bad evening was overwhelmed with others on that floor, and told us to not worry, that she wasn't having a stroke. Oh, and then when I told the head nurse at 6 am, they decided to throw her brain dead body on an ambulance to another hospital, just to verify what we already knew. Hmmm... Why wasnt she in intensive care while she was in her extreme state?

....Again, I told them I would report this and even hire a lawyer, and they didn't seem to care.

Since then, I've made the mistake of going there for urological procedures, twice, and now I've had to go Vanderbilt to get the procedures done correctly.

I will probably turn this into a complaint in the next month if I don't get some sort of response from them.

Beware folks

I wondered why the BBB of Middle Tennessee had a 3.2 review. After looking through many of the posted reviews, it appears this number is misleading for two reasons:

1. Reviewers posting reviews for companies other than the BBB.
2. Non-member companies with strong reservations against the BBB in general, but not actually using their services.

My review is as a consumer who is looking for businesses willing to promote ethical practices.

I have used the BBB site many times to find vendors who have an A+ rating whenever the need arises. I look at their reviews, number of complaints, resolutions, etc. and weigh these factors in my decision. So far, I have been completely satisfied with every company I've chosen. And if it's not, I feel I can work the issue out with the company using BBB to assist if needed. This is the purpose of BBB and why I will continue to use them.

After going rounds with a major company, to no avail, I then turned to the BBB. I had a response with a couple hours of contacting the BBB. After spinning my wheels and going in circles for four months, the problem was resolved through the office of the president if the company.

I'm filing a complaint against the Fiddler Inn, 2410 Music Valley Drive, Nashville TN. We called & made reservations directly with the hotel in late March 2022. We only received a verbal confirmation number at the end of booking the room. WE were scheduled to arrive the evening of June 3,2022 and check out June 5, 2022. My wife called Tuesday May 31st at 1:58PM to cancel the reservation. WE were told that we were going to be charged one nights rate of $183.44 because we didn't cancel 72 hours in advance. Their website states a 4pm check in time. We tried to explain that we were within the 72 hour deadline but the person we spoke to said that Friday didn't count in the 72 hour window. At no time were we told this information and there is no where on their website declaring this. Our conversation ended when the person hung up on my wife while she was in mid sentence. In conclusion, we would like to be refunded the $183.44 that they have deducted form our card along with advising travelers to beware if they choose to deal with this hotel.

I recently visited the Grogan Jewelers store several times at 1800 Galleria Boulevard in Franklin, Tenn. This was my first time in Grogan and my reason was I was searching for what I call a "dress watch." Indecisiveness prompted the numerous trips as I could not make up my mind.

Each time I visited was a performance of ultimate customer service. Rob Cornett was my primary contact, but every member of the staff was professional and unbelievably nice. Not only were they inquiring if they could help in any way, but they engaged in conversation and even offered refreshment. I am reluctant to list names for fear of missing someone. However, beside Rob there was Mitchell, Haley and TIna. By my last time in the store I was actually not only excited about obtaining my watch, but I was looking forward to seeing everyone!

Rob certainly knows his craft, is beyond helpful and exercises extreme patience. I studied several watches, narrowed them down, then went back and forth over several days before finally selecting one. He provided information in detail along with personal advice. All his work was greatly appreciated.

Again, it was a most satisfying experience with the Grogan employees and I am beyond happy with my watch. The standard for customer service at this location is excellence!

10 calls to my personal phone in less than 5 minutes from the BBB and no voicemail left. If your call is that important, leave a message and really, only call once. This BBB office has lost all respect and credibility.

Edit: Blaming this situation on spoofing is deplorable. I experience spoofing and spam calls multiple times a day and this isn’t how they work. Take responsibility, don’t blame it on an unknown.
