As we pulled into the south side of parking lot there was a vehicle pulling in from the north side.. the vehicle continued all the way across the whole parking lot(a little fast for a parking lot with only 20 stalls) which most stalls were open & pulled into the parking stall we were heading for. Wow!! The driver of the vehicle we were in was appalled. As we entered the store we realized this was the manager of the store. Im not sure how nicely to put this… VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL. I WILL NOT support this business

I'm very happy with my online purchase. It did not take very long to set it up.
lt was on sale and shipping was free but it was still cheaper at big box outlet.

You just connect the box to the internet by wifi or Ethernet. It works great its fast. It is also portable - you can take it to your friends house too - you just need to connect it to the internet.

Thank you for your help and advice. I will recommend it to everyone I know i will even try to recommend it to people I don't know so that they can save about one hundred and eighty dollars every single month too.

Love this place! Great deals. Parking is tight for mega cab trucks. Solar pathway lights are beautiful.wish I would have got more. Great deal on white towels and handtowels

Great fast and affordable experience. Joel was extremely helpful. He helped us pick out a washer and dryer that would work for us and loaded it up for us right away! He took the time to make sure we had everything we needed to get it home undamaged. All in all a great simple experience, thanks so much Joel.

I found a washer and dryer center that I wanted to purchase and needed to finance it however, none of the staff were trained on how to set up the financing and I was told to come back the following day to meet with the manager. I received a call the following day that the manager left early and to come back the next day. I felt that it was odd that none of the staff knew how to help me and that I would be forced to wait for the manager whenever they would be available . I was irritated that I had to call 3 different numbers to reach customer service which ended up being the payroll department. Everything just seemed haphazard and inefficient. I did speak with the regional manager, Brock, who was willing to drive from Kelowna to assist me in Penticton if the manager was not available. The manager, Shifali, did call and met me at the store, the same day, to set up the financing and make the purchase. Some of the staff members were trained at the same time as well. The job got done and I was given a $50 gift card for my troubles. So it was a rough start but 5 stars were given because once the issues were brought to their attention they addressed them all right away the same day and more than made up for all deficiencies. Thanks to Brock and Shifali for assuring great customer service. I will be back.

Update: The washer and dryer I had purchased was marked new and was discounted as it had a few scratches. A year later the washer had major mechanical issues and during my call with the manufacturer regarding the warranty I discovered that all of the serial numbers had been scratched off my machines. When I called the store and asked the manager about this he said that they do that on purpose because they want you to use their warranty not the manufacturer’s. However on a new machine I am obligated to contact the manufacturer in the first year for warranty. Long story short, I was sold used or damaged machines but told they were new. They have done this to other people as well, scrolling through the reviews I found 3 other incidents where people were not informed that they were purchasing refurbished products. DO NOT buy appliances from here. 0 stars

I’ve had issues with items being held at the till a couple of times and will no longer leave items at till or on hold. When asking if an item could be held on hold they sad they would and then upon returning the item had been put back and I had been told they don’t put items on hold. Another day my partner was still looking and kept an item at the till after inquiring about the price and having them ask if I’d like it kept at the till and I agreed. When I was ready to pay for my things they told me someone else had bought the item they asked if I wanted to keep at the till. Very frustrating. Hold on to your items and don’t trust holds or the service offered to hold.
