Big Horn did a fantastic job at packing up our home and delivering the goods to our new home. Every employee was very professional and so helpful! From the packers who were careful with our items, to the young men who moved the items (they were so polite and professional) to Dawn who answered all our questions, we enjoyed all our interactions with Big Horn. We had a few heavy items, but all was delivered safely and in tact. There was one dent in our front door when they were moving the items in, but they got it fixed quickly and you can't even tell where the dent was! The communication was constant and all calls and emails were responded quickly. We definitely recommend Big Horn!

Koen and Nate were fantastic. Best movers I have ever worked with--and I've worked with many.

They arrived on-time and unloaded the truck quickly and even cheerfully. (Hardly a guarantee these days.)

They are good friendly, good natured guys, working hard to unload our things and taking great care with everything we owned.

If I ever need another mover, I'd try to get Nate and Koen--and Bighorn Moving and Storage--before anyone else.

Their excellent service took what should have been an very stressful day and made it remarkably easy.

The company and administration is great, but it all depends on the movers you get. We had 2 movers, and only one of them worked hard. The other claimed he was sick, so he just kind of floated along and never did anything. So it did take longer than expected. One of my items that I put in the closet to deal with at a later time, was damaged very bad, and I never noticed, as it was wrapped in plastic. I wanted to sell it, but unfortunately it was damaged, so I'm out 600.00 dollars. Like another reviewer mentioned. Make sure you read the contract over carefully. I will give 2 stars. One for the administration, and one for the one worker who actually did all the heavy work.

I would not hesitate to recommend Bighorn Moving and Storage. Movers were very accommodating. Dawn was an exceptional help and support managing a lot of back and forth questions and changes regarding my father’s cross country move. She was patient, kind and professional! We had items to be moved from an estate in Kelowna to two separate addresses in the lower Vancouver mainland. The first contact person was Hannah by email and phone, who was extremely professional and very friendly.
At all times we were informed of the move status.
The crew ( Chase, Kevin, Brett and Noah ) were extremely professional and careful. The whole experience with Bighorn moving was an easy and delightful experience. A very professional and excellent company to deal with, very well done Bighorn !

The sales rep, Dawn, seemed kind and genuinely caring for trying to make my move less stressful. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned (extra and unexpected charges and late delivery) and rather than hearing me out she kept regurgitating contract terms at me during the heat of my stress during the move. In fact, she wouldn’t let me disengage and hang up from a very confrontational and unproductive conversation until she was able to feel like she could say her whole piece. I was very unimpressed by her but the crew who did the labour during the move was absolutely excellent.

Provided exactly what they said they would. I needed a moving company to take some furniture up to Big White and bring some old furniture back to Kelowna. Most other moving companies wouldn't even go to Big White until springtime. The two movers, Mike and Otto, arrived on time and were very efficient and respectful of the furniture and buildings. The final bill was in line with the quote provided over the phone. I would highly recommend this company.
