I went in for my Covid vaccination today and was very impressed with the efficiency of the process set up at Binbrook Pharmacy. Everyone that I dealt with through the entire process was friendly and professional. My appointment was on time and quick. Being a small local pharmacy, there was not a huge line of people waiting. This is definitely a better process than mass vaccine clinics. Five stars - Highly Recommended!

Went in for a COVID vaccination today. The staff are all very pleasant and efficient. They had a process in place and executed it with confidence and professionalism. My appointment was right on time and the only sad part was that I didn't get a free lollipop after the needle. We need these smaller independents to step up in order for this vaccination strategy to work, and these guys did it really well. See you in 4 months !!

Two weeks ago, I emailed Binbrook Pharmacy asking when the flu vaccine would be available and how to make an appointment.

Last night I received a response from Sami Mikhaeil, the pharmacist, letting me know the flu vaccine would be available today, October 12 from 10-5, no appointment necessary.

My husband and I, both seniors, went in today, completed the necessary paperwork, got our shots and printed documentation. Easy peasy. Took no time at all.

A big thank you to Sami and her staff. Amazing how smoothly things go when a woman is in charge‌

Just was wondering why I’m being told to visit my local pharmacy where I received my first shot of Astra Zeneca to receive my second shot of the same but no one in Hamilton area is vaccinating with Astra Zeneca? I do NOT wish to mix vaccines. Very frustrating!!!
The people at Binbrook pharmacy have been great and I’m sure that they are feeling the frustration from their clients regarding this issue. Thanks
