I recently purchased a tail light and sunroof for my 2010 Cadillac SRX from Black Diamond Auto Parts & Recycling, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the exact parts I needed. Both the tail light and sunroof were in excellent condition, just as described, and the prices were very reasonable compared to other places I looked. Excellent service. We had our tail light fall out on the hiway. Showed up at this auto wreckers and the had matching tail lights. Good price and they removed them for us.

I searched everywhere to find an axel for my Dodge Dakota. Black Diamond Auto Parts & Recycling had one. Unfortunately it was the wrong gear ratio. Not only did Black Diamond Auto Parts & Recycling, find me a new one at "NO CHARGE" the owner even drove it to my house in Calgary in a snow storm!! These guys are the best! I don't know of any Auto Recycling Company that would do that and I've been working on vehicles all my life! Great service, expert knowledge and friendly staff.

Bought an engine. Promised to be delivered in a week. Waited for 3 weeks. Not delivered at all. The owner avoided my phone calls. I asked for refund, a staff promised me to get it, however, never did. Im on the process of dealing with my credit card company now. Worst of all the worst. This should be shut down.

Terrible business to deal with. They sell you the wrong parts, then continuously make empty promises that they'll make it right but never follow through. Told us to come back several times (for the refund we're owed), but every single time the gate is locked, no one answers the phone and the voice-mail box is always full. I would highly recommend you NEVER buy from this business!

Worst company I’ve ever delt with!! We got a motor off of them at was apparently tested and tested good. With in a week of having the motor the bottom end went in it and we made arrangements to return the motor and get a refund. The kid at the front desk and the parts guy where amazing and understanding. The owner was not. We waited 3 hours for the owner to show up so we could get the refund. When he show up they took the motor and told us to leave the premises.

DO NOT TRUST ROGER. 60 day guarantee is a lie. After agreeing to refund us we returned the clearly not tested motor they took it off the truck and then refused to give us our money back Roger claimed they have another motor but the parts person said they do not have one after waiting hours for Roger to show up he walked in the office and kicked us off the property and threatened to call police for no reason we were just told wait for him so we did. They way this man then started screaming at his employees for not doing his dirty work for him is disgusting. Do not buy here you can guarantee 60 days of headache when you have to deal with the credit card company to get this transaction cancelled.

Called to inquire on parts, I was put on hold 3 times and then hung up on when I didn't purchase the parts! Very rude and unprofessional. The newest reviews are quite accurate in my opinion.
