Horrible experience. I called on a Friday for a mother's day delivery - fully expecting them to be booked and not able to accept the order. However, the woman took my order, delivery details and cc info. I call my mother on Sunday for Mother's day and she has had no flower delivery and it's 8 p.m. I hold out until Monday and call. I talk to the same woman (and who I assume is the shop owner) about why the order was not delivered. She proceeded to tell me that they have no record of my order and shows ZERO remorse for missing this delivery. She simply states, we had over 90 orders between Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I understand the high demand around holidays which is why I was not fully expecting to be able to place an order on such short notice. So be warned that they may completely forget about your order.

Called at the last minute to place an order for a birthday bouquet for my sister who might have left work early due to not feeling well. Heidi at Blossom's of Wellington took my order and made sure that the flowers were delivered early in the day! Beautiful flowers and wonderful personal service. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with a bouquet I ordered for my sisters birthday. There was no other option online other than standard size and when it arrived it was tiny even when the Lily’s open it will still be small. I’m only complaining about the size due to how EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE It was for the size with tax and delivery it was over a huge! $80 I could of easily bought a $15 bouquet from Publix and got the same outcome!
And when calling about it all I received was “well that’s the way it is!” With no attempt to correct it or suggestion of a discount for my next order. Extremely disappointed. I’m a florist myself and just didn’t have the time to make up something myself and have ordered loose flowers and arrangements all over the world due to my job and even places like the Caribbean where they have to fly flowers in for arrangements were cheaper and larger than the ones I received!

Terrible customer experience. After selecting the arrangement I wanted online, I called to confirm the order only to find out that they did not have in stock the flowers that were ordered. If a product is out of stock or not ready, then that particular item should be removed from the website. That is false advertising! The lady on the phone was rude, bossy and obnoxious, and was talking over me to make her point. When I had to raise my voice just to be heard, she told me not to be rude to her. Are you kidding me Ever hear of the saying "the customer is always right?" especially when she was the one with the attitude. When I told her I only had a business phone number for the recipient and not a home or cell number she told me that she could not guarantee the delivery and that I would get charged a double delivery fee if they had to go back because the location was a whopping 6 miles away. Wow.... that's realllyyyy far. Give me a break!

The lady was very rude and not paying attention when asking for what I wanted. EXTREMELY overpriced. $45 for a Corsage!!!! on top of that, they don’t carry red roses because “it’s ugly and dies quickly.”
Went to Koboskos and got the corsage for only $25 instead

This place sells the best flowers ? Ive ever seen and it’s worth every dollar ? I bought some for our manger that was leaving and I asked Heidi who was great to pick a beautiful variety and she obviously never disappointed ? everyone of my work colleagues we’re like WOW ? Thanks Heidi you made that moment special and precious for our former manager with these beautiful flowers

I called to order flowers and the individual was so rude-she did not answer in a manner that I even knew I had reached Blossom's of Wellington, and then instead of asking How she can help, she asked why am I calling. Needless to say, I refused to place an order
