ZERO stars!! Worst delivery company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Do NOT order a LG fridge from Home Depot because this delivery service is completely incompetent. They were supposed to take our old fridge away (we paid EXTRA for this) they did NOT. They left it in our living room. They were supposed to bring our new fridge into the kitchen knowing full well we had stairs as were in a townhome. They said “we can’t figure this out, we’ve been here too long and have to leave for another delivery” after only being here 30minutes. There were three of them and my husband was doing all the work. They left our new fridge in our garage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY 100% UNACCEPTABLE.

Do NOT order a LG appliance from Home Depot because B&N will deliver it. They are incompetent and whiney.
We ordered 3 appliances and it took B&N 3 deliveries to get it done. The first delivery they damaged 2 appliances. The second delivery they refused to deliver a replacement fridge and stove. No reason given, they just left. Other moving firms have no issues with deliveries of appliances and furniture to the building.
B&N just wastes your time and ruins your day.

Home Depot doesn't ship to our area but had the appliance shipped to the B&N warehouse for pick up. Warehouse staff was helpful with loading up our new appliance and their suggestions were much appreciated. It was quick, easy, and painless; our appliance arrived home in perfect condition. Will definitely pick up from their location again.

Purchased a Fridge from Home Depot. B&N Nanaimo warehouse was contracted to delivery it for them. Delivery attempt #1, fridge had a large dent in the door. Attempt #2, it snowed. Driver felt it was unsafe, then left. Attempt #3 driver decided the fridge wouldn't fit the stairwell. (We measured before purchase, it would fit). He argues with us, then leaves. Company would not schedule a new date because it was now under manager review. Manager did not call us back for 2 days. I asked for escalation, but never heard back. Rory calls to confirm a new delivery date another week away. I call to confirm that's not acceptable. He argues with me, tells me that all 3 attempts to deliver were my fault why they didn't do it, excuses about driver experience levels and how he has no control of who goes out (he's the manager!), says I am wasting his time, and hangs up on me. I escalate to homedepot. They call back later confirming B&N will deliver on Tues. They did not. Home Depot calls them back, more arguing, got no where. Delivery came on Thursday. Driver delivered it with no issue of spacing on the stairs, 3 weeks after the original delivery date. Driver #2/#3 and manager were rude, disrepectful argumentative, lazy, and not held accountable. They held our purchase hostage, wasted a lot of our time, and got away with it. We will not ever purchase another item from HomeDepot or any other company if B&N is the delivery company. It was the most expensive headache I have ever purchased.

Absolutely the worst delivery company!

My delivery window was 12:00-4:00, at 3:00 I received a call saying they will have to reschedule due to the truck breaking down. Since our old dishwasher was already disconnected and I couldn't wait until later next week, I asked if I could drive down and pick it up the new dishwasher. The guy on the phone said sure. So I load up my kids and the old dishwasher drive 30 minutes only to find everyone took off for the day….
I arrived at 4pm and knocked and buzzed their door for 30 minutes, their website said they close at 5pm so I tried to call…. Nothing. These guys aren’t even able to accommodate a pick up let alone a delivery.

Home Depot can keep the dishwasher for all I care

Driver and assistant were pleasant enough, but they left a piece of Styrofoam about 12 inches long by 10 inches wide by 6 inches deep UNDER the drum of the washing machine! The brand new washing machine screamed. The repair guy came today and found the Styrofoam. In the process of hooking the machine up, the delivery people used the old dryer vent material leaving a huge sag in it which would be a lint trap and possible fire hazard. Then there was a very strong hint that I should tip them which I did and now regret. That was bad service. Carrying on: Home Depot probably gave me faulty information. There is no B&N Delivery service in Nanaimo listed on the internet. There is one in Victoria. When I called the phone number listed I got a sweet young woman voice saying she was Stacey (or something similar) and she was out of the office right now, but if I wanted to ask a question about REAL ESTATE (!) press 1. If I wanted to ask a question about MORTGAGES, press 2. Wrong number listed on the internet. If I could give ZERO stars out of 5, I would.

Customer Service is terrible as per the other reviews. My attempts to communicate with this company to arrange delivery were met with a rude and unprofessional employee who basically told me he didn't care ('thats the way it is').

Will give them one more chance til Home Depot loses a sale due to this delivery company.

I bought a washer & dryer from home-depot and I was at home on the delivery day and surprisingly they put a note on the DOOR that we were not home !!!!!!! I went to the Home Depot to complain about that and the manager said that they took a picture of my GARAGE door (!!!!!!!!!!!) and said that nobody was home, he called them and asked them to go back to my house and drop off my stuff but no one showed up. According to the Home Depot manager the delivery people didn’t have proper equipment to bring our appliances up stairs and that’s why they put the note that we were not at home.
