I've never experienced more delays in my life. I have parcels that were marked as processed, multiple days ago, that still haven't made it to me. So, I call and ask if I can go pick them up myself. I was told no, because "we have to sort through it", even though the tracking I have on them shows them as processed and delayed every day they've been there. You can't make this stuff up.

Only get two keys, for a mail box. I've misplaced both, one was on my actual set of keys I've lost the whole set, and the other was placed somewhere safe in my house. Keep in mind I have a mental health illness that effects my ability to keep track of things. So apparently during my entire time spent in one place I only get two keys, and they want to charge me $30 to change the lock instead of a new key. Absolutely ridiculous policy, which preys on people who can't keep track of things.

Hands down one of the worst Canada Post building I've had mail through. Slow as ever getting package notices to the box even when it says delivered, frequently mail to the wrong boxes, and half of the staff are rude as ever.

My neighbours are always getting my private mail even important medical documents don’t show up or go to the neighbours and their phone number online. Doesn’t work to try to call them. Guess I’ll have to go down there.

Some parcels are left not attended and all Canada post workers are busy in the back. Parcels could be stolen.

Compared to other people, I've had a good time with the post office. Even if it struggles a little, the workers do the most they can and most of the time are actually really nice in person and over the phone.

Along with they can accommodate people who aren't able to go in at hours they're open. Nothing bad I can say or have experienced with this post office.

These guys lost my package, then realized it was in the post office, but instead of calling me to say it was found they just decided to send the mail back a brainless employee sent back the box which a different employee labeled "dont return". Like a typical government employee when asked what they are gonna do about it I got a "were sorry". Zero accountability. Bar none the worst post office I've walked into. Don't bother trying to call either as they rarely answer and let it ring.
