I had Julien from Brad's Towing haul a shed for me yesterday. He was great - super professional, nice guy and clearly very good at his job. Shed was moved without a hitch and he got it as close as possible to the spot we wanted it in on delivery. Pricing was also very reasonable, we had the shed ready to load for the tow truck so it was a quick process and we were only charged for the time we used. Would definitely recommend them!

I locked my keys in my car. I had a time sensitive matter to get to. I was told someone would come within forty five minutes. Forty five minutes later, I called to follow up and was told that someone would be there in ten minutes. Ten minutes later I called to ask where the guy was. I was told he was four blocks away. Five minutes later still nothing. When the guy showed up, he didn't know how to open the door and said he was new. Still got charged full price, and I was late from my event. Should never have used this company and will never use again.

They towed my black truck in from out of town. They used magnetic tail lights with no protection and it scratched my truck really bad. The roof and all down the driver's side is all scratched up. The lights also fell off on the drive home but tow truck driver didn't notice and just kept driving. I had to call in to the office to call the driver to pull over so he can fix the lights. I phoned in and placed a claim with them about all the scratches and nobody will call me back. I expect better from a tow truck company.

Excellent service! My mom and I are visiting from AB, and got stuck in the mud this morning after a major rain storm on a summer road near our hotel. They made it out to us in under 30 minutes and the and the driver was a sweetheart. Pulled us out in minimal time and we were on our way for around $90, despite his truck also getting stuck in the mud and having to call for back up. Highly recommend these guys!

Great experience with this company. Used them to come rescue the company Freightliner that blew it's transmission cooler on me in Humboldt. Had a great conversation with the driver on the way back. Very skilled, and would highly recommend them. Thank you for the prompt and fantastic service.

My workmate slid into the ditch when leaving for home. Another company quoted $450 for a winch out with a one hour wait. Brad’s was here in 18 minutes and charged $100. The driver was super nice and handled the cross traffic safely and patiently. I will definitely keep Brad’s in my contacts and recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!

I was in Saskatoon and needed to get a car towed twice. The second time it done over the phone without me being present. Both times they were flexible, friendly, responsible and cost was reasonable as well. I highly recommend them.
