Very unprofessional, I booked a ride once for my kids to get picked up from school 3pm, half hour after the booking my kids called saying they walked home because the cab never showed up. Benefit of the doubt maybe stuck in traffic. Booked another cab for today again no show, I had to leave work to get them because they are too young to walk on their own. Never use this company.

We were in NOTL last week (July 15-19) at an AirBNB. I called Brock Q in the afternoon looking for a flat rate to Niagara Falls for that evening. Sid was more than happy to help us out. My SIL forgot her sweater in the cab oncewegottoNiagaraFalls & the driver tracked us down to give us back her sweater. Truly grateful & thankful for your attention. Had a taxi pick me up from a Cdn. Tire store in St. Catharines yesterday. Driver showed up within 10 minutes as promised, despite a snowy day during rush hour. We quickly got to a nearby gas station to get gas for my own car and the driver put the gas into his car for me while I paid, and filled my car with the gas for me. I made it home quickly thanks to this “teamwork.” I would recommend Brock taxi, they are timely and professional, as a cab company should be.

I'm on government assistance that pays for my cabs so i am VERY FAMILIAR with their services because i have to use their services for all my medical appointments due to my disabilities.
THEY SUCK! They are late literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO BE SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT! I call ahead every week an hour before my appointment even though it's the same day and time every week they are still always late making me late for important appointments like just now my MRI.
Sometimes i understand but now it's been an hour and a half since i called them and still no car. When they were 40 minutes i called for an aprox time he said midnight it's now almost 12:30 i've been waiting since 10:50 and still waiting.
I left the house without a coat expecting id be in a vehicle but now it's so late i've been locked out of the hospital and had to go to the emergency department to continue my wait.
I have no money for anything especially not another cab and the buses are done running so i'm just stuck waiting being lied to when i inquire and i can't do anything about it THEYVE STRANDED ME INTENTIONALLY i'm so tired of bad people treating me like i'm garbage.
DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I WARN YOU THE ARE INCAPABLE OF TELLING THE TIME AND THE TRUTH

Called a cab on a very hectic morning where things were changing a lot. I updated as I received changes to my schedule to ensure they were informed. I ended up cancelling the cab and was met with a rude attitude from the person on the phone. His words were “dont call us again”. Such a shame he would rather turn business away than maintain professionalism and understanding. As per his words, I CERTAINLY will not be using this cab service again.

My review is specific to the driver. I need to make that distinction because the man I spoke with on the phone was responsive, thoughtful and a great communicator. Listen, people are stressed on a wedding day. This is particularly true of people who have accessibility issues. We called an accessible cab through Brock Q and ordered it for 3pm. The driver arrived close to the booking time and then turned out to be an angry, unhelpful, cuss filled piece of work. Nothing was easy...he was curt, In a rush, barked orders, and was absolutely the worst single experience of our wedding day. He was particularly enraged when the passenger (my sister in law) asked him to pull up to the venue and then the planner asked him to move...wait for it...20 feet so that we could take my sister in law into an air conditioned space. He began cussing, slamming doors and making anyone within eyeshot angry at him and the company. I chose Brock Q because of its review. And my interactions on the phone were excellent. However, if I knew there was even a chance of getting this driver again, I'd stay Far Far away.

Had a trip planned to the Toronto Airport. Arranged a Brock cab both ways. They never showed up in st.cath. And the trip home they never showed up. Leaving a 88 yr old woman stranded at the Toronto Airport. I have called since and have been trying to find out what happened. No one will answer. People beware of this company. They are a joke !!! Never again. And I will spread the word
