I rented a unit from Brockville Storage. I found Scott very helpful. He answered all my questions, I reserved a unit and found it would be too small to meet my needs when I arrived ( my miscalculation). Scott was able to upgrade the unit as I waited. I would highly recommend Brockville Storage and I would use them again myself.

Rented a unit here for a few months during the fall/winter while transitioning houses. Very fair prices. The owner was easy to get ahold of and made sure we had a unit cleaned and ready for the day we requested. Safe location just north of the city and always accessible. Would recommend to anyone needing somewhere to store things.

I needed a unit just for a few months while storing equipment to start a business. During the startup I called to cancel but was supposed to cancel in writing (text,email etc) and I failed to do so and was charged a few more months before I noticed. I called and they said they'd get back to me and without disclosing details publicly, they came back with a solution that I'll say was very fair. A storage unit is a storage unit, but they treated me fairly and honorably and although there was an issue, if I ever need storage again I'll be coming back here. I'll just follow common sense and policy to put any cancellations in wiring. Thanks Brockville storage.

Brockville Storage is conveniently located a few minutes north of Brockville on County Road 29. Very straightforward facility with different size units available. I had no real issues except in winter when everything is iced up. Bring a shovel and something to heat up your pad lock.
