En anglais seulement. Très déçu par leurs glass de verre au fond du bateau car on ne voit pratiquement rien, trop salle.

Bruce Anchor Cruises provided an absolutely excellent experience for our trip to Flowerpot Island and the famous shipwrecks. From start to finish, everything was run with remarkable efficiency and professionalism.
The entire operation was punctual, which we really appreciated. Our boat departed right on time and returned exactly as scheduled, allowing us to plan our day without any stress. The ships were spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made the journey comfortable and enjoyable.
What really stood out, though, was the crew. The service was incredibly friendly and the staff were all very knowledgeable. The captain provided interesting commentary about the landmarks and history of the area, and the crew was always ready to answer questions and assist passengers.
The glass-bottom boat part of the tour was a highlight, giving us a unique view of the crystal-clear water and the preserved shipwrecks below. It was an unforgettable part of our Tobermory trip. We highly recommend Bruce Anchor Cruises for a seamless, enjoyable, and educational experience!

Great cruise. I did the hop off Flowerpot Island trip. The crew was very professional and provided interesting information about the sites. Tours were well organized and on schedule. They offered parking during your cruise, which was great as parking can be a challenge in town.
Great way to spend a half day in Tobermory.

We took a round trip stay aboard cruise to the island. We had spent the whole day hiking and were a little tired, but still were hoping to see the rock formations. We only saw it from the boat but still had great views!
The boat crew were all friendly and informative about the island and shipwrecks in the bay.

A wonderful experience! The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Our tour guide provided great history and background about the shipwrecks and island! Smooth service boarding on and off. The island is extremely beautiful to explore! Highly recommend this company and their beautiful boats! You can tell they want everyone to enjoy their service and experience!! Free parking right across the street was a bonus, and it is dog friendly!!!

Our experience with Bruce Anchor Cruises was extremely disappointing. I sprained my ankle and could not walk quickly enough to make it back for the return trip on time. My husband rushed to explain the situation, but the cruise staff showed absolutely no compassion and refused to wait. As a result, we missed the 11:30 boat by 3 minutes and were forced to wait until 5:30 for another return trip.

There was no proper communication and no effort to accommodate us. Every other boat was apparently fully booked, yet there should always be a few emergency seats available, or at the very least, arrangements with the other cruise company, which apparently had empty seats in all their trips, for such situations. Instead, I suffered with a sprained leg for six hours.

We also paid for the shipwreck view experience and never got it. No apology, no empathy, no customer service.

This company clearly does not care about the well-being of its customers. They are only concerned with making money. Do not book with Bruce Anchor Cruises

I had a very disappointing experience today.
Booking & Reschedule: During booking, the staff was already rude. We had booked for 5:05 pm but arrived earlier (around 2:15 pm). Since the 2:30 pm departure still had missing passengers, we requested to join instead. The staff agreed and told us our return would be at 6:30 pm, and that we’d receive a confirmation. However, no email or text was ever sent.
Return Experience: At the return point (Flowerpot Island), the lady there was extremely rude. We explained our situation well in advance—an hour before the return time—and even called the office. They assured us everything was fine. But at 6:30 pm, she told us we weren’t on the list and forced us to wait until 7:10 pm.
Customer Service Call: I called the number provided in the confirmation email. Unfortunately, the woman I spoke with was also rude, blamed me instead of listening, and kept talking over me. Because of her behavior, I ended up cutting the call. Later, the manager called me back directly and resolved the issue with patience and professionalism.
The only one star is for the manager who handled the situation well. But overall, the staff (especially the women I dealt with) need serious customer service training. Instead of blaming customers, they should learn to listen and treat people respectfully.
