The team was young and energetic and had the experience to know how to look after the packing properly. They were great
The move was fast. I did not follow them to the warehouse to watch them unpack as I did not see the need. They did the final bits of packing and moving a two bedroom condo in under 3 hours.

They missed out on 5 out of 5 rating because they did not bring anything to lay down on my hardwood floors and given the winter conditions they tracked in a ton of salt dirt and wet.
When we move out of storage I will request they lay down floor coverings so I do not have to deal with potential damage or the massive clean up this entailed.
Otherwise awesome.

Ps. They do not take cheques so they had to cope with us getting funds organized. They were awfully good about it

I dealt with Scott initially to book the move and he was extremely courteous and was quick in providing the quote, some helpful instructions and answering follow up questions. On the day of the move Paul arrived with his team and I found them to be energetic, polite, organized and knowledgeable. They are professional movers! I was very impressed as they helped take apart and assemble some of my furniture and certainly made my move seamless. Wow! Great job guys and thank you for the fair and discounted price. We’ve used Bumblebee Moving twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. The first was a big move from Barrie to Toronto, and they were incredibly accommodating when our closing date was unexpectedly delayed. They held our belongings in storage longer than planned and rescheduled the move without any hassle — which was a huge relief during a hectic time.

The second move was even more complicated — we hired them to pack and move our basement tenant, who was a hoarder. Bumblebee handled everything directly with the tenant in a professional and respectful way. When the tenant tried to make the move more difficult (and more expensive) by suggesting multiple trips, Scott stepped in, resolved the situation, and even gave us a break on the cost. It was such a thoughtful gesture that really helped during a stressful situation.

Both times, the team was professional, kind, and went above and beyond. We wouldn’t hesitate to use Bumblebee again or recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest moving company.
