Very beautiful suites located in a great spot in Burin; minutes from Marystown.

There is a laundromat on site which was a real bonus for us.

Maxine was an awesome host and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortable and roomy place with big kitchen. Was a wonderful place to rest after ferry from St. Pierre. Was so nice, wish we could have stayed longer.

Great value, wonderful bed, well equipped with very helpful owners. My wife and I stayed 5 enjoyable nights. This is perhaps the best location for exploring much of the peninsula, with easy access to roads going to St. Lawrence or to Fortune via Frenchmen’s Cove, or to Marystown. There is also a lot to see and do within a dozen kilometres of the units. Our first trip to The Burin, very impressed.

Great little spot for a getaway with everything you need! Not far from Salt Pond Walking Trail too, beautiful little trail! The rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in. Feels new and warm and comfortable. Rooms are great, beds are great, extremely clean and service is fantastic. They are not kidding when they say just bring groceries. There is everything from a coffee maker to a large pot to boil mussels if you want! My only regret is that I can only give 5 stars.

This was my second visit. Was not disappointed, rooms clean . Owners were awesome to deal with. We had 3 nights there , and when I go back to Burin , I will be booking again. Felt comfortable, a home away from home .. Love that there is laundry room on site .

We had a one bedroom unit. It contained all the things you need for a multiple day stay including a coin operated laundry. The bathroom was roomy and well appointed. There is even a TV in the bedroom and living room. There was a full on new bedroom suite. The kitchen had the basics. Looks like every unit has a barbeque on the porch - which we used. The knives definitely need sharpening! The cutlery drawer was the only thing that wasn't as clean as one might expect given how the other areas were very clean. Booking and check in were very smooth and staff friendly and available if needed. The facility is located in a semi-industrial area but that is softened by having a good view out back and lots of surrounding space. The internet was the only real negative feature. Hopelessly slow and erratic. I gather they are working on it.
