I was in desperate need a experience mechanic no shops open and the ones that was open refused to help I found BVT Truck and Trailer open I called them and talked to Khole she was very polite and helpful she talked to Bill a very experience HD mechanic he told me he might be able to fix it due to everything closed but he said he’ll look jack it up and see what’s going on and he came thru was able to fix it and gave me great advice he explained everything of why the hub was getting hot and gear oil to use he got me back on the road when no one else could Bill is a very polite respectful man who care about people he didn’t have to help as there busy it’s the fact that he did to help me in a desperate need to get back home for thanksgiving so I am very great full for Khole and Bill at BVT truck and trailer for going above and beyond I appreciate and Thankful on this thanksgiving weekend that there is still people like Khole and Bill best if I’m ever in Red Deer my truck and Trailer will only being going to BVT cause the service and respect and integrity they have shown and going above and beyond Rampage Hauling Service can’t thank you enough as well as my Family

This company is amazing! I was traveling from okotoks to cold lake and needed my horse trailer tires replaced. At this point I had already blew one trailer tire on highway 2 and needed the remaining replace. It was 5pm and the kal tire I tried first wouldn’t help me out but BVT put me in contact with Fountain tire they use and was able to provide after hours call! I want to thank them for going above and beyond, Danielle at BVT could have just said sorry we can’t help you but she didn’t! Thank you so so much!!
