Good people it's nice to know they accept WestNet packages 📦 they are very innovative and Calgary mailboxes has a very high tech tracking system I could not believe it like I actually shipped a package with them and it was like real-time tracking like for every inch until it got to Portland it's really good tracking they have I don't know how they did it but they are very high tech and it's really cool and I've been knowing these people for a long time and they're very good

For mail forwarding and combining shipments, Judy's services cannot be beat. She is fast and efficient. Package arrived and she sent e-mail confirmations within hours. Everything is packaged nicely so it gets to the destination safely.

Judy, who owns this business, is very helpful and friendly.

The best part of the services here are:

1. They pay any duties that are owed for your shipment and then they bill you later for it (for a very small fee).

2. They always notify you when you have a shipment via email.

The cost is very reasonable for the services that you get. It’s way better than a Canada Post PO Box. I highly recommend Calgary Mailbox!

I've had a mailbox here for over a year. I have found them to be friendly and helpful when I call. Judy is great at running the place. She's helpful and considerate not to mention pro-active at anticipating problems and offers solutions you may not think of. She's as professional as anyone in this business. Maybe more in most cases.

Do NOT go here unless you plan on throwing your money away. I went here to mail a FedEx package by Ground and they managed to forget paperwork, which not only delayed my package but caused me to have to resend it all over again. HUGE inconvenience and cost me a lot of money!

After I tracked the package the next day (FedEx stated they are missing paperwork), I called them and they ensured they would fax over the missing paperwork and it would be back on it's way. She did makes unacceptable excuses for their mistake.

Little to my surprise, the next day FedEx tracking is showing the same thing. "Missing paperwork" So I call FedEx myself, and they tell me as of the night before they had not received the paperwork and are in process of mailing back to sender! "WHAT?!?"

So I tell them, I will pick up my package at FexEx distribution center. They tell me I cannot pick it up until Monday and I have to call at 6:30 am Monday morning to have package pulled. So after doing all this, I finally re-mailed my FedEx Air and it cost me a lot more money than I ever wanted to pay which is why I allowed sufficient time to mail it ground in the first place.

I saw red flags while I was there but didn't think they would mess up my package too. They talked about other packages being returned for incorrect paperwork and she even checked with the manager about what she needed to mail my package.

Final word of advice, just take your package to FedEx mailing center on Aero.
