Losing Dr. Reddy due to government stupidity was one of the most devastating things EVER. I've found it nearly impossible to find any doctors that have genuinely cared as much as she did.

When this clinic opened, it was really outstanding because of her and Dr. Gooden. I never met the other doctor that stayed with the clinic, but I wasn't given the option to transfer into her care.

Come back Dr. Reddy!!! 🥺☹️😭

In my experience the unit clerk/front desk staff at this clinic is extremely rude and condescending to their patients. They speak to people in a disrespectful tone and make them feel bad about needing to see or talk to their doctor. My mom is chronically ill and needed to seek emergency hospital care and the front desk ladies made her feel bad about needing to get information from her doctor before going to the ER. They put her down and wasted precious time. Luckily my mom was persistent and go the help she needed from her doctor once the staff finally told her what was going on. This staff is dangerous and needs to learn the proper way to speak to vulnerable patients with empathy and care.

Love love love Dr Stankova, but this new clinic everytime I call the lady answering the phone is rude. I have no problem waiting for a call back. But it's her tone, so condescending. Rainbow falls was not perfect but the girls at the front always made me feel welcomed. Really miss that

I Was a patient of Dr.Reddi while she was in Langdon,ever since she moved to this clinic it has been very inconvenient for me to try get in to see her on a need to basis.I absolutely loved my doctor but have not been able to see her in almost a year😢😢.I called in May and was told the earliest appointment available was the third week in July.For me,someone who is disabled and really didn’t want to find a new doctor,it seems this is my only way of getting to see someone quicker than two to three months.I sure will miss having such an amazing lady as my doctor.Regards,Karen Bennett.
