Canada post usually doesn't even attempt to deliver packages - they just leave notices so they don't need to go into the back of the truck to pick up the item. They don't always leave a notice either... And when I called them out about it, the driver returned the next day to drop a notice after I had already picked up the package.. Just to cover their tracks

Very poor customer service!!!! Our community mailbox was damaged over a week ago. They provided us with a letter and a phone number to call to make alternative arrangements for mail pick-up. I have phoned this number and left messages 2x a day all week and not one of the calls was returned. Couldn't even reach a supervisor! For a Federal agency this is disturbing!!! Even a 1 star rating is too much!

During Covid, I have come to appreciate the service of the Canada Post employees. Thank you - you really have delivered! Keep safe and strong.

I sent medications to my mom in Serbia on May 12th. 2021. now is June 22nd and still hasnt arrived. I did not have option for tracking number as women who worked there never gave me a option, just this one for 70$ via airplane. Her co-worker claimed that they always have tracking number option for packages but its bit higher cost which I didnt have any problem to pay for it. Such rude costumer service. On the end she gave me phone number to call to speak to someone regarding this issue and when I called its just options to track your number - fake phone number. When I asked for refund of whatever is worth of that packages she said to me that i can get only refund of $68.70 how much I paid for shipping. And again, I never been told that I can pay for any isurance. Next time I will think 10 times before sending anything trough Canada Post. If i bought ticket to bring package to my mom I will come in 2 days and it would be probably less stress then this. So dissapointed. They have only one job and they are not even capable to do it.

Would give a half star or lower if i could. Canada Post is the worst shipping company on the planet. I have had nothing but delays after delays in their processing times. I had a label printed and setup on the 10th and only now on the 18th they updated the status to delayed and ALSO claimed that today is the day they printed the label. Everyone working for this company needs to be FIRED!

Worst service. It says everywhere that they are open but after driving for 20mins for dropping prepaid flyers. Lady came outside and said they are officially closed today (which they were not supposed to until 3 hrs) can’t accept flyers as she doesn’t have scanner. Worst canada post warehouse ever!!

Would be lower if it could be. Dropped packages off 5 days ago and they have yet to be scanned in. 230pm that afternoon and nothing. While every other canada post in other cities are doing their jobs and are open working hard to deal with high volumes, they can’t even scan in packages

Went here yesterday as I was visiting from out of town and wanted to mail some parcels.
(Googled closest Canada Post not realizing it was a distribution center)
I was directed to go to the back of building for customer service.
Even though they couldn’t help me, they had lots of helpful suggestions and went out of their way to make sure I could find where I needed to go.
Outstanding customer relations!
