I complained about the new mail man stockpilling my mail and not delivering it regularly and the manager literally refused to do something about it! I have house cameras recording my house frontage and I can prove it!

The excuse the mail man gave his manager was that I have a long gravel driveway and he decided that it was too dangerous to deliver the mail to. The manager also refused to believe that he was stockpiling my mail and keeping it when I know that he was because I got 2 deliveries this month only. One delivery had 15 pieces of mail. The other had 7 pieces of mail. I’ve lived here since 2017 and I have never gotten mail in batches like that before! I get one letter here and there only. And perhaps he’s keeping my mail in his delivery car or somewhere else and u should look into that! Secondly, I have the best cleared shovelled driveway in all of Belleville for all of winter and u can ask all of my neighbours and check my camera footage because his excuse was ridiculous! It is always shovelled and always clear and always safe!

When people complain, we do that for a valid reason! How about you do some real due diligence and gather the evidence instead of doing nothing and calling yourself a Manager!

I had them deliver business advertisement flyers in my neighborhood 3 times. First time I never received them in my mailbox, nor did my neighbours or my family members. I complained to customer service and the second time I did receive them ( perhaps they only put them in my mailbox since they knew my address; this time I did not ask others if they received it as I assumed they did). Now the third time, nobody received them again including myself.
I would not recommend them for business flyer delivery. Not reliable, as there is no way for them to track where the flyers were delivered. They just state they were delivered. Our money basically wasted.

I am now updating this review as I paid two additional times to have them deliver flyers. As expected, I only received the flyer in my own mailbox but my friends did not receive it. They ask for addresses when you complain, so they made sure to deliver to those addresses that were mentioned in the complaint. My family and friends did not receive the flyer again.
This is Canada's mail service everyone! What a shame. Government of Canada please do something about Canada Post! They need to have some pride and standards! We are paying for their salary! I will absolutely take this further to the higher ups as it is unacceptable at this point.
Do not waste your money by paying for their service, try to find another company who can deliver in Belleville. If anyone knows a company please share the name here. Thanks

got woken up at 6:08am by a text saying my package was on the way. 14 hours later and still no package. they say that they cant my address but the found the neighbours around me just fine

Nothing but problems with this location. I can go to Peterborough and be helped. Currently sitting at my business which has been open all day to get a notification that my business was closed and the package can’t be delivered. They messed up a postcard mail out we did a few months ago, and constantly redirect my package with no one contacting us to say why. If there’s a problem, we need to know what it is. But no one ever wants to help.

I run a small business and most of my packages are processed through this distribution centre in Belleville, Ontario. I have had more negative than positive experiences - majority of the time my packages are scanned in as ‘item processed’ where they sit for days on end. The real issue is that about 90% of my packages are NOT scanned when they depart this centre - leaving myself and my customers with no updates whatsoever. Tracking will show an item ‘stuck’ in Belleville for about 5-10 business days then suddenly it will show up as ‘delivered’ in BC, Alberta, etc. Please do something to fix this as it is horrible customer service with a very clear and easy solution.

My package has been sitting there for a while and because its larger, they seem to refuse to bring it to me. Been waiting over almost four my package to show up and have had other things show up since then that I have ordered couple days ago. Worst part is this place is right down the road and I cant just show up to get my f-ing package.
