Mail was suspended because of the dogs in the triplex we live in. That's understandable for the safety of the mail person. We never got a ticket that our mail was being suspended, but found out from our neighbour that is was suspended. Called and complained about it. They told us to move the mail box from the house to the front fence. Which is a chainlink fence. Don't have the money or resources to move it because of missing work because of health issues. Called Wednesday left a voice mail asking if I had mail there because I've been waiting for mail from the hospital. No one called me back then I get a call from the hospital about a appointment I have that I didn't know about since the mail isn't being delivered. I understand the safety for the mail person but our neighbour asked us not to have our dogs out during this time which all the tenants were doing and still want getting any mail and that they insisted us to move it because they are not coming in the yard what so ever. This is unacceptable, someone from the depot should have called me back to tell me I had mail. It shouldn't take a ticket for them to call me back when I left a voicemail the day before. Especially when it's mail from the hospital.

I was summoned to go direct to Canada Post's depot by a notice card written up by a postman because I had ordered a new computer case that was deemed overweight (at least on Canada Post's label at about 70 lb, in reality it was 45 lb, but I digress). If you've never had the need to go to this one before, it's not immediately obvious where the public entrance is, though I did manage to flag a worker down who was tidying their truck up and was able to point me to their public entrance.

Park around the southeast corner of the building, and then look for a sign that says "Customer Entrance" by the fence. Follow the signs and their arrows around the building until you get to the door, then when you get inside there's a counter with a doorbell to push. Set your notice card and ID down, and someone will be by in a short while to track your item down and collect your signature. Afterwards, they'll confirm where you've parked and then a worker will bring your item out on a cart through the doors on the south side of the building.

After I got the question of where to go figured out, it was a painless experience not too different than a post office. The one thing that does stink though is that their operating hours for oversize/overweight pickups are VERY limited, from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM on weekdays, which will make it a considerable challenge for those with packed schedules.

Canada Post has really gone down hill, lots of our mail never gets to us. This is very poor service as it effects bills, important mail and many other issues. Carriers don't seem to care. I would appreciate it if they could just do their job instead of just getting paid to not deliver our mail. Where it goes I have no idea but Canada Post is getting worse!!

Awful service. My package has been delayed twice because the courier is scared of my landlord’s dog. How am I supposed to ask my landlord to keep her dog inside when my mail never comes at the same time and the courier can’t be bothered to try again? (My package said out for delivery at 2:12 and then at 2:14 item delayed but it wasn’t updated until 3)

Must be nice to pick and choose what you feel like doing. If you’re scared of dogs, don’t be a letter courier. I shouldn’t have to chase my package down, it’s not my job, and I’m not being paid a cushy wage to do so. I paid extra for xpress shipping as well, is Canada Post gonna reimburse me? Probably not.

An XPRESSPOST envelope I mailed from Toronto on Nov. 25 to the CRA Tax Centre at 66 Stapon Rd, Winnipeg, which is 10 mins from this Letter carrier distribution Centre, arrived at the Winnipeg Sortation Plant on Sunday, Nov. 27 at 17:23. It should have been sent to this letter carrier Depot for delivery to the CRA on Monday, Nov. 28. As per Canada Post's own delivery standards, at the latest the XPRESSPOST envelope should have been delivered to the CRA is by Wed. Nov. 30. Canada Post's track a package shows it
stuck in Winnipeg, somewhere and not delivered to the CRA. There are no tracking scans from Nov. 28-30, which are the days when it should have been delivered. The scan on Dec. 1 shows it "Item In transit" within Winnipeg. Then again, the last 5 scans on Dec. 2 show it as ' Item Processed Winnipeg" ?

I have contacted the CRA office in Winnipeg and they confirmed that they NEVER received my XPRESSPOST letter. This letter carrier depot has done something with my tracked letter, EXCEPT TO DELIVER IT to its' destination. Lousy service! And Canada Post wonders why they have such lousy reputation with the Canadian public? I give this station a 0 (zero) rating!

I have initiated an investigation with Canada Post, but I'm sure that will go nowhere, as the automated response I received was that they will take until Dec. 28 to come back to me with an answer. I hope that Santa has nothing but coals for Canada Post!

Whether the delivery method to the Winnipeg CRA office is direct by an MLC, or as a caller, or Bagged service, the staff in these sections should all do a scan for traceable items at each stage of the delivery process, and actually deliver the items. You may want to have a chat with all 3 sections and stress to them that if they don't feel like doing the job correctly, to go and work somewhere else, not Canada Post!

They are slow, hold mail even though the "promise" they dont and jus are an all around terrible postal service, especially Winnipeg. Its pretty much a circus run by the animals. Use a different postal service if you can, pay extra if you have to. It's worth it

The human resources and the staff's are all great people. But the equipments are out dated. You can see the staffs are always struggling with ordinary scanners. 5 starts to the staffs. And 1 star to the company for failing to provide proper equipments

This location keeps returning my packages to sender for no reason. It is very frusterating and their hours are terrible. I would rather use UPS or DHL I would never reccommend Canada post I have had so many issues with them.
