Hours aren't clear, nobody answering phones. Trash service. Also who's genius idea was it to not have the ability to create shipping labels for customers at a post office? Canada Post is a garbage company. Government should allow them to go bankrupt.

Not gonna lie, after reading reviews here, I got a little bit terrified. However, in reality, visiting this post office turned out to be a pleasant experience. I got there around 3 PM, and there was a small line (3-4 people) that handled their matters pretty quickly. And it took only 5 mins or even less to pick up an international parcel. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Think you will quickly grab your parcel or mail before work? Wrong. Be prepared to wait in line for 3-6 business days. The staff are otherwise nice, but this location needs more help.

Went there 4 times to pick up my registered letter. Last time was the last drop when Linda the manager told me that she cannot dig through all parcels because she doesn't have the time for that and to come back again. She also said that it is very busy time of year and she is really busy. I was the only person waiting. I think that Linda is there for me as a customer to help, not to bossy around.ever apologize as well. I got so frustrated I contacted Canada Post. The lady who I spoke with was very nice, gave me promise that the manager will contact me. The manager phoned me and that was even worse. He assured me that the letter came yesterday, and that he knows Linda for long time and she is such a nice person.... Bottom line do not go to that post office.

My experience today was dissapointing, and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I walked in 20 minutes before closing, and I was behind one gentleman who took about 15 minutes to finish what he was doing. Instead of being understanding that I had been standing there for 15 minutes, the lady that served me yelled behind the man "you know I close at 6pm right?" I felt uncomfortable, I didn't say anything because I didn't want to aggravate the situation more, but I had been standing there for 15 minutes... Then, I was finally served only to be told "You know, you are this close from not receiving your parcel today", again, I just didn't say anything because it's very clear that this lady was having a bad day. I get it, you are supposed to be closed in 5 minutes - but I have been waiting 15 minutes to simply pick up my parcel. It was a bit much, and pretty uncalled for.

Not only have I had two notices say they've been delivered a week before they actually arrived in my mailbox but I just went into the post office 10 minutes ago and it was closed. It's supposed to be open until 9pm. Also whenever I have a question or concerns about not getting my mail when it says it's been delivered, I'm ignored entirely. This is the most unprofessional location I've ever been to.

Linda at the Post office here is the best person in Ontario I feel to consult when you sending something overseas especially when it’s time sensitive. I went to Fedex and to three different Canada post locations in a 50 km radius but she was the only one who could guide me absolutely correctly when it is critical.
She is extremely professional and she will think of options and guide you the way no one else can. Not sure how I would manage if she ever decides to leave this location LOL
I’ve known her for almost 3 to 4 years now and come back to this location even though Brantford is closer for me
